It's quiet enjoyable total war series. But I just hope they add cinematic cutscene intro for the old faction from previous series
Bad reviews for this game are just cheap people who cry over DLCs which are absolutely optional. Pathetic.
An amazing highly ambitious game which great visual and gameplay variety fitting almost any taste. Also if you like huge battlefields with excellent combat animations instead of AOE like spear poking on repeat, you will definitely enjoy this. On top of that great spells animations, complex rock-paper-scissors which goes much beyond the traditional inf-cav-arch mix but have you look at attributes, and perks etc and strategize though there are one or two factions that are bruteforce head on warfare (I am looking at you Khorne) if that's your style. Lastly, the game has an excellent vast modding community which can change almost any aspect of the game. Cons: The main cons of the game is it's massive DLC list and expense associated to that to get hold of all the factions. However I would recommend only getting the DLCs on discount and only get the one that you actually want... read the reviews, watch the gameplays and if this is something you like then get it, not all DLCs are worth it and it can cost a lot to have them all.
