Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

500€ for all DLC - and a lot of units for free factions are locked behind DLC. Just horrible and predatory monetization all around

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 19: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 30.57/day in the week to Aug 14 → 67.86/day in the week after.
One market had a chart position on both sides of this cut. One sale in one country is an anecdote — read it next to the store-wide figures below.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.

Staggering replayability and humongous amount of content. Also on the expensive side thou you can choose and play them according to your taste. Most of the dlcs are worth the price tag too. Just dont buy them all in one go. Cost per hour is all worth it.
LOVE this game
Fantastic game! Just be careful you don't stay up too late playing it when you have to go to work in the morning...
The best Total War, at least until 40k comes out. I doubt I will ever enjoy a historical title even half as much as this.
So this might be my first review of a game. I play games to relax. Well... that's a lie. I play games when I want to unwind and cause absolute chaos, because I have a severe case of caveman brain. If something goes boom, I'm happy. From the occasional daemons, to the rats, elves, humans, and even the weird tree people, this game has SO much content. Even after around 90 hours — and I haven't even been playing consistently because Caveman has a job to pay for the DLC that adds more boney people and rats that go boom — I'm still finding new things to mess around with. This game is fun. Like, **really fun.** If I want to play as Khorne and smack things with meat cleavers while completely ignoring whether my units are actually worth using? Fantastic. If I want to be defensive, hide in my house like the man-child I am, play Cathay and order Uber Eats? Pretty much the same experience. There is actually a ridiculous amount of depth to this game. There's so much stuff you can figure out even after the first ten hours. I did give up once because there was too much reading for Caveman Brain™. But I came back. Because honestly, this beats getting destroyed in games like FC or Marvel Rivals. And then I started loving it. Because **I HAVE RATS WITH NUKES.** Nothing beats a healthy Sunday afternoon with rats and nukes. I can't wait to see what more DLC brings and what the developers do with the game. I love Total War. Warhammer, 40K, Troy, Three Kingdoms — all of them somehow manage to satisfy both my advanced and incredibly simple-minded tendencies. So... **10/10.** Actually... **9/10.** Because I can't kill the Dragon Emperor with nukes. CA, please add him as DLC so I can nuke Dragon China's deity. Then I'll give it a 10/10.
the dlc costing $9 for a single lord is criminal.
I used to play the Warhammer Fantasy table top, and this game is how I imagined it all in my head. Plus the strategic layer on top. Many people complain about the DLC's, but first of all - you don't need the DLC's unless you want the heroes/armies in those DLC's, and as a former Warhammer table top player I'll tell you that for the price of a DLC you get the entire army list. In the real world you wouldn't even get half a box of the cheapest infantry.
69, lol.
