Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 14 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; Xbox, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Reviews
Requiring the 1st game to be able to play as the Empire in the 3rd game, knowing that's what most players want to play as at some point, is incredibly scammy

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 13: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Eww. You have to buy all of the games and ALL the DLC (that costs heaps even when on sale) to have a fully usable roster. Ridiculously scammy.
great game but not worth 60$ anymore in the slightest. its crazy and stupid that you have this price when the 3rd game is out
Get this game on the current December sale - 75% off for 12.5 dollars. For future readers, get this game at max 20 dollars and only if you like the races. You will also get Total War Warhammer 3 big campaign map FREE with this purchase. This game is not worth more than 20 dollars. Only DLC that is rated Very Positive and above is worth getting at a max of 7 dollars. It is not worth getting anything for more unless you are truly in love with the complete package (like I was for chaos dwarves) Heed me, and Sigmar will be pleased Don't, and nothing bad will happen. But you may feel buyers' remorse.
can't even play "my" game in single player because CA made some deal with epic games and now there's issues with servers or something idk. someone who bought this game should be able to play it regardless of what's happening on A DIFFERENT PLATFORM.
the war hammer games apparently force you to keep the older obsolete games in order to main content for the new ones...
I got game played and buy dlcs ... after days of playing all my content was removed and cant get it back or my money use I play to long, they riped me off so if you want to pay for a game that will out of nowher disaper have fun ♥♥♥♥ STEAM.
