Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Don't look at hater comments. Get it on sale and enjoy. Its not amazing but still a solid game.

Just play TL one or two. this ♥♥♥♥ is awful.. not as bad as the newest TL but still terrible
Torchlight III marks the return of a franchise that once stood as a beloved alternative to Diablo, known for its colorful aesthetic, approachable action-RPG mechanics, and a healthy dose of charm. Developed by Echtra Games and published by Perfect World Entertainment, this third installment brings with it some substantial changes, not all of which land as successfully as intended. Originally envisioned as a free-to-play MMO called Torchlight Frontiers, the game underwent a major shift during development, reemerging as a traditional premium ARPG with a single-player focus. While this pivot brought the game back to its roots, it also left behind some of the depth and cohesion fans might expect from a full sequel. Set a century after the events of Torchlight II, the world of Novastraia is once again under threat, and players must battle back the encroaching Netherim forces. You begin by selecting from one of four distinct classes—Dusk Mage, Forged, Railmaster, and Sharpshooter—each offering their own unique abilities and playstyles. Layered atop that is the Relic system, a sort of subclass feature that adds elemental or thematic powers (like poison or electricity) to further customize builds. This system is one of the more compelling parts of the game’s combat loop, allowing for a good variety of synergistic skills and giving players reasons to experiment with different combinations and playstyles. The core gameplay loop is familiar and fast-paced: hack and slash through waves of enemies, collect loot, level up, and continuously improve your build. The action is solid and satisfying, with flashy abilities, fluid movement, and lots of explosions. However, while combat feels responsive, the enemy variety and encounter design can start to feel repetitive over time. Many foes fall into predictable patterns, and boss fights, while initially exciting, lack the complexity and polish seen in more refined ARPGs. There’s fun to be had, but the lack of innovation or significant challenge can lead to a sense of monotony, especially in longer play sessions. One of Torchlight III’s more divisive additions is the Fort system, which replaces traditional player housing with a customizable base that can be decorated and upgraded. In theory, it’s a nice addition—letting you place shrines, crafting stations, and cosmetic flair—but in practice, it feels somewhat superficial. There’s little incentive to interact with the system beyond initial curiosity, and it doesn’t significantly impact the gameplay or progression. Similarly, crafting and enchantment mechanics are functional but lack the depth seen in other titles within the genre, making them easy to overlook. The game’s presentation continues the franchise’s signature cartoony, high-fantasy art style, which still holds a certain charm. The environments are colorful and distinct, ranging from lush forests and steampunk railways to corrupted Netherim zones. However, the visual fidelity and design feel dated, especially compared to modern ARPGs. Character models and animations are serviceable but not particularly impressive, and performance issues—particularly at launch—hindered the experience for many players. While several patches have improved stability, remnants of those technical hiccups can still be found. Storytelling in Torchlight III is light and largely forgettable. The narrative is largely delivered through sparse dialogue and quest objectives that serve more as vehicles for grinding than deep lore-building. NPCs lack depth, and while the world itself is visually interesting, it never feels fully realized or immersive. Players looking for a gripping plot or meaningful character arcs may walk away disappointed. Multiplayer functionality is present but basic. Players can form parties and explore together, but the online experience lacks robust features like trading, world events, or meaningful interaction beyond combat. Given the game’s original MMO ambitions, what remains feels like an echo of something larger that never fully materialized. Solo players will find a more coherent experience, but the lack of compelling social features in a genre often enhanced by them feels like a missed opportunity. In terms of progression, Torchlight III offers a decent amount of content, with multiple acts, side missions, and post-game challenge dungeons. However, the endgame grind lacks the complexity or incentive of its competitors. There are few reasons to stick around once the final boss falls, as loot lacks truly game-changing modifiers and the build diversity, while present, doesn’t push the envelope far enough to sustain long-term interest. Replay value exists, especially for those wanting to try new class and relic combinations, but it lacks the addictive pull of a truly great loot chase. In conclusion, Torchlight III is a competent but ultimately underwhelming addition to a once-celebrated franchise. It has moments of fun and retains some of the lighthearted spirit that made the series stand out, but it stumbles in areas where it needed to evolve. The pivot from MMO back to traditional ARPG was necessary but left the final product feeling caught between two identities, unsure of what it wanted to be. For newcomers to the genre or younger players, it may serve as an enjoyable entry point. For longtime fans of Torchlight or seasoned ARPG veterans, it’s likely to feel like a shadow of what once was, offering bursts of charm and fun but not enough to truly endure. Rating: 5/10

It's not good. They broke a whole bunch of stuff from the earlier games and didn't replace it with anything worth having. You can't save your game mid-mission anymore and loot drops badly (it's hard to explain, and this game doesn't deserve the explanation; just trust me when I say this game ruins the way loot appears in your game) and the world is loaded in small chunks that frequently lag, leaving you hitting invisible borders. I think all of these problems stem from its design primarily as a multiplayer game, but they all affect singleplayer mode as well. I put in about 20 hours, tried all of the classes and completed Act 1 with the one I liked most, but then I had a realization that I haven't been having any fun. Just joylessly going through the motions. The whole time has felt like I'm doing chores. Oh, also, the writing is genuinely embarrassing. It's not good.
Stable & really polished fun on the deck.Love the railmaster!! An actually original class that is hella unique!
