Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Jugado en: Steam Horas jugadas: ~7 horas Desarrolladora: Vicarious Visions / Activision Volver a Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater después de tantos años se siente como abrir una caja llena de nostalgia… solo que con gráficos impresionantes y un ritmo mucho más frenético. Visualmente es brutal: los escenarios están súper detallados y mantienen el espíritu clásico, aunque al modernizarlos se pierde un poco la esencia retro que muchos recordamos. La jugabilidad es fluida, pero también más acelerada de lo que esperaba. Parte del encanto original era la simpleza de los trucos y cómo lograbas combos con estilo, no solo con velocidad. Aquí todo va tan rápido y con tantos movimientos nuevos que a veces se siente más un “combo fest” que un skate clásico. El soundtrack trae buenos recuerdos —los temas originales siguen siendo una joya—, pero las canciones nuevas no encajan tan bien. Mantiene la vibra skater de los 2000s, aunque algo sobrecargada. En cuanto al contenido, los mapas están mejorados y fieles en parte, pero se extrañan algunos niveles icónicos que no regresaron. La progresión es sencilla: entiendes las mecánicas y avanzas sin mayor problema, aunque los retos pudieron ser más equilibrados. No probé el online, pero por lo que vi está medio vacío. Conclusión: Una joya más por lo clásico que por lo nuevo. Es un must-have para quienes crecimos con Tony Hawk, y un excelente punto de entrada para quienes no lo jugaron nunca. Solo espero que nunca lo pasen a un servicio, para que podamos seguirlo jugando cuando queramos. Recomendado, incluso si no eres fan de los juegos de skate. 🛹
Great game. Reminds me of playing THPS2 and all the things associated with that time: Skateboarding, Jackass, Rage Against the Machine, baggy paints with skater shoes. It's like a time capsule. The parks from THPS2 seem authentic and the arcade-like skateboarding is timeless.
