ROUNDS is just a really fun game to mess around with when you’re playing with friends. It’s fast, chaotic, and half the time someone wins a round in the dumbest way possible, which, somehow, makes it even better. But after a bit, you start to notice that there’s actually a lot of strategy that goes into the game, and that’s what keeps it interesting instead of it being a one-time party game. A good example is how certain cards can support and counter each other. The Dazzle card seems simple, but it completely shuts down someone using the Saw card, since Saw players need to get close and block to start their damage. If you’re stunning them over and over with Dazzle, they never get the chance to touch you. With the Shockwave card, the real danger is getting launched by it, because it can send you straight into a ceiling or wall (which heavily damages and/or kills you). But if you stay just outside the push range or move under them at the right time, you avoid the whole thing and their plan falls apart. That’s what makes the game so fun long‑term. You’re constantly adding your deck of cards based on whatever your opponent picks, trying to come up with counters as fast as possible. Sometimes the best counter is a card you picked, and sometimes it’s just avoiding their traps. It keeps every match feeling different, and it makes the game way deeper than it looks at first glance.
Much fun. Good easy achievements. Even more fun with mods. Highly recommend for others who have played similar games. And for those who like endless amounts of fun or funny moments.
Only good when modded. The game has been abandoned, even though the amount of content is very minimal, and getting matched up with an opponent can take several minutes in vanilla. The fact that the community has been able to make a decent product does not earn the original developers any praise.
Startet auf dem Steam Deck nicht obwohl im Store "Spielbar" steht.
shockingly good game, especially for playing with your kids. The upgrade system is a great balancing mechanic, you almost WANT to die one more time to see what your next upgrade is so losing a round doesn't feel bad at all. :)
Decent game. Fun with friends especially if you have modded it! Only downside is if its your first time for modding then it gets a bit confusing but its a really good game and I would recommend it
I have never been more racist in my life.
Honestly a very underrated game, though I did NOT like the change where with the card "grow", the bullet doesn't increase in size like it used to. It was a flashbang and I loved it. Very fun game to play with ur friends, yes some builds are utterly unbalanced e.g. some very fun builds with demonic pact or health builds. But that is what makes it fun tbh. The block mechanic with the falling of the edge and how stuff stacks is amazing. Its simple, but you can create some absolute uniquely creative builds.
This is so much fun, especially with friends. Me and my friends played for hours on end and had an amazing time.
