Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I've put a tonne of hours into these games and LOVE them all so much, they are SO worth playing and the remastering was clearly done with a lot of love for the source material. The new patch, unfortunately, was outsourced and it shows. Hideous outfits that look like they're melting, (Low-res textures, crappy 3D models but also gross, no taste level and don't fit the game at all) and countless new bugs (as well as old bugs that were fixed in previous patches coming back) alongside too many new issues to mention here. I'm very happy for a Level Select and I like the Challenge Run idea, but absolutely not worth the bugs. I worry that if they leave the game with these tacked-on, low effort garbage elements and regressions, it could sour the love put into the actual remaster.
Somehow they broke the game with the new update

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I know this remaster has its issues, but I was willing to ignore them in hopes that they would eventually get fixed. Things like 60 FPS for old graphics mode, 3D environmental improvements, a brightness slider, faster quicksave/quickload and improved character models & textures. Instead, with this new Challenge Mode update, we just get bugs & AI slop all around. Thank god I was able to get these remasters through a bundle on Green Man Gaming and send most of the money to charity, otherwise I'd be very upset, instead of just fatigued & pessimistic about the future of Tomb Raider.
The game was almost perfect to me. Yes, they could have fixed some minor bugs and implemented some of the improvements from 4–6, but it was fine until yesterday, when they released a cheap update full of AI slop. It brought a bunch of horrible, out-of-character outfits with disgusting, Nintendo 64 looking textures, more bugs, and none of the fixes or features fans have been asking for. It’s nothing short of a mess. It’s disrespectful, and they should be sued for this. Don’t buy it until they fix it, if they ever do.
Busted new patch implemented more bugs than improvements, while new content ended up being some lazy slapped on outfits with incredibly low texture resolution (they look pretty bad). Would recommend if this patch would be fixed or just taken down. If Aspyr ever plan to do anything with these remasters, just hire the original developers that worked on this remaster to fix it up instead.
As someone who has logged 179 hours in this game, I am utterly disappointed by this update. What an insult to this legendary franchise; it totally ruined the almost perfect remaster we had. No one asked for these nonsense, low quality outfits that look like they are straight out of 2004. Did they do any QA, or did they look at the blurry AI generated outfits and say, "Yes, let's ship this"? Not to mention the plethora of bugs this update brought. I am going to revert the game by restoring a cloud backup from my PC. That’s how bad it is.
The Garbage Update
Aspyr Media really dropped the ball with this Tomb Raider I-II–III Remastered update. It feels like it was pushed out far too early, with no proper quality control behind it. Instead of improving the experience and fixing bugs, this update introduced a ton of new bugs that actively make the game worse to play. That alone is frustrating enough, but the added outfits somehow make it even worse. The quality is genuinely awful... sloppy, inconsistent, and nowhere near the standard fans should be expected to accept. For a franchise as iconic as Tomb Raider, releasing an update in this state is just embarrassing.
they patched in a bunch of ai slop garbage, introduced a ton of bugs and basically ruined the game retroactively. avoid at all costs, do not pick up anything by Aspyr or Crystal Dynamics at all.
I would have recommended the game if they didn't destroy it with the newest patch and used generative AI for the new outfits they are advertising or used AI for their new achievements.
