No gore and dismemberment in a shooting-based game = bad game
Always a fun Coop experience. Great game, still updating this long after release. Nothing but hours of fun. This is my second time buying it, spent hours on the Xbox years ago.
I know this is petty of me, but forcing the player to stay online and play multiplayer even if they just want to play solo is always a mark against a game for me. As for the rest of it, it suffers from the comparison to Borderlands simply because it's consistently "realistic" (heavy air quotes there, mind) and thus nowhere near as colorful. Borderlands will give you a shotgun that shoots swords that explode into more swords and this, umm, won't. And of course you HAVE to play multiplayer while you're shooting. I'd have been a bit more meh on it if it weren't for the "always online / always multiplayer" garbage. I can't refund it now, but if I'd realized that more clearly, I never would've bought the game.

Ubisoft should feel comfortable not getting my money after this game

1) Random crashes during start up that reboot the computer 2) Game randomly starts in windowed mode 3) When setting it back to full screen it automatically turns on HDR which washes out all colors to a dull grey. 4) You are now locked out of turning HDR off until you exit the menu and re-enter the settings. 5) Dual wielding enemies that regenerate are vastly OP compared to their peers, and the bosses. 6) Last New York mission has a bug where Keener will not exit his hideout if you die and respawn during the final fight. 7) Equipment selection and use become tedious and grindy after level 40. Zero fun. 8) If you have slow internet, even when solo, your weapon shots will have lag when hitting enemies.
