Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Aug 14 → 1.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

i really dont like a game telling me i wasted my time with it. that was a cold hower ending. i liked the puzzles but 90 minutes is way to short. sure its cheap but even for the game on sale it feels like there should have been more. maybe it was the really lack luster ending, though. this seems so much effort to build the world, the beginning of a story and the mechanics and then to throw you out with a kick in the butt after just one and a half hour. i really struggle to recommend the game even though the puzzles are fun to play together. there are not may games that make you actually work together because you have a different set of information. it could have been so much fun, as is the visual style. but its way to short, there is no solution in the story. and even the writers felt that its a waste of time.
A clever co-op puzzle game built entirely around communication. Each player sees different parts of the same world, so every puzzle depends on describing, listening, and thinking together. The “everything clicks” moments are really rewarding, especially when both perspectives finally line up. The hand-drawn art style is charming with a slightly eerie, fairytale vibe that fits the time-loop mystery well. Great for couples or close friends who enjoy solving things together.
Pretty short and fun game, nice concept and can be played both locally and online, puzzles are easy enough!
Lots of fun with friends. Great puzzle design, fun collaboration between your friend as you go through the puzzles. The art style was beautiful. Sound design was awesome too. It's a short game, but I didn't mind. Very memorable experience.
6/10
The game was right! I did lose 133 minutes of my life. Chapters 1 and 2 are pretty interesting and quite enjoyable. Chapter 3 sucks, frankly. It is very poorly designed and has far too many leaps in logic. I especially despise this convention in puzzle games of
assuming that a grid of 9 objects must necessarily be a keypad - ESPECIALLY when there are several different keypad conventions worldwide, and the one right in front of me differed from the one expected in game (which was not hinted at or explained in any way, just assumed)
The story was mildly interesting, the idea was novel and unique, and not requiring an internet connection is a cool idea. Unfortunately, the total failure of the third chapter made this a deeply frustrating experience rather than an interesting and rewarding one, and I cannot recommend a game that causes such a degree of frustration.
Tick Tock: A Tale for Two is a cooperative puzzle game about you and your friend, who are trapped in a mystical world. As time ebbs away, you must solve increasingly complex puzzles to escape. Cooperation is key, as neither of you has the full picture! I wanted to take a small break from Resident Evil and play a co-op game, but the only problem was finding someone to play with. I tried to get my girlfriend to play with me, but she was not budging. I did get one of my friends to buy some games with me, and when we find a suitable time, we’ll try to play the games and beat them. So with this, I got to say that my friend and I had a lot of fun with this game. The gameplay mechanic is very interesting because even though my friend and I are a state away, we aren’t using online play as player one and two have completely different screens, and the only way to progress is through communication from what they see that corresponds to each other. Whether it be through a phone call or Discord, you can find ways to communicate like you’re in an escape room and your friend is on the other side. It’s such a cool mechanic that really gets us to communicate like we’re detectives, essentially. The puzzles can range from being relatively easy to very challenging, which can take you a bit to eat them with such precision, but they’re very rewarding, which makes it even more fun for us. We did manage to beat it in about 2 hours, which isn’t too bad for our run, but I did wish the game had been longer. The sale price I bought felt right for the amount of time to beat it, but I needed more. I also couldn’t care about the story as it’s almost kind of nothing to me, and I just wanted to figure out more of the puzzle than dive into the actual lore of it. Tick Tock: A Tale for Two is a fun game that, if you’re looking for something to play with your friend or partner, this isn’t a bad game to start with. 7/10
