absolute gem , must play game , not a big fan of hero missions but very good game
Hard as hell, but really enjoyable.
As you can see from the sheer amount of time I've spent playing this game in less than 5 years, I love it. Even though most of the criticism in the other reviews actually has a point. But in the end, it's simple: You have to get used to the game and its mechanics. Playing on higher difficulties is sometimes just insane. Even so, I've got pretty good throughout the years, and I definitely love the steam-punk art style and the general setting. Also, killing zombies is satisfying, specially with a Shocking Tower. Oh, and by the way: I'm actually a fan of the campaign that was added (for free!) to the game at some point. Takes about 75 hours if you take your time and play on 500+ % difficulty. Yes, the hero missions are sometimes tedious, but I generally like them. Whoever likes tower defense games, plus resource management and (!) thoughtfully planning where to build your structures, this is for you.
