This should have stayed in early access. I moved my mouse all the lenght of my mousepad after changing my sensitivity setting and noticed I would alway make 1 rotation and a half, because it doesn't work. I killed a boss and there was no death animation, he was just walking, staying in place and even after I took his gun, he was still holding it but his magnum was invisible. Sometime you will try to do a stealth kill and it won't let you for some reason so the monster will just turn and smack you (And yes, I was equiped with a melee weapon if you was wondering...). The monsters can walk on thin air once they spot you. If you want something to laugh at, get it but on sale, that tr*sh isn't worth it's original price. Edit : YOU CAN F*CKING DIE WHILE YOU ARE IN PAUSE AND THERE IS NO SOUND OR VISUAL CUES TO LET YOU KNOW LMAO, THIS GAME IS A JOKE. That kind of sh*t is what give indie developpers bad rep. Edit 2 : There is so much more I didn't report here but believe me, that game is terrible, still can't believe people gave it positive reviews.
I didn't expect the story to be this great. NOW give me a sequel.
Um jogo realmente incrível e uma experiência rara e diferente que vale a pena experimentar.
Alright..here me out...I love indie games..I love horror games...but I was not a fan of this one. Granted I didnt play as long as I probably should have, but I couldn't get past the clunky controls, the confusing slow paced start, and the drab graphics and movements and sounds. I faced a few glitches and ultimately wasn't having fun. The game left me more confused and irritated by the camera and movement blocking my ability to even care about the story.
The game is intresting and has a nice plot to it, the only mayor frustrating part is that the level design is very poor and good be better as well the controlling of character on keyboard was horrible. Also, it would be great if the characters had voice over during the whole game and not partly. I cant recommend this game in its current stage. to watch my gameplay https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OblrnX1uLAc&feature=youtu.be

There Is No Tomorrow by KOEX studio is a dark, narrative-driven action adventure that blends survival horror elements with stealth and light resource management, resulting in a game that feels both ambitious and deeply personal. Created largely by a single developer, it carries a strong sense of individuality, presenting a bleak world where humanity is on the verge of collapse and survival is never guaranteed. You step into the role of Leon, an ordinary student suddenly thrown into a nightmare scenario filled with hostile creatures and uncertainty, setting the tone for a journey that is as much about endurance as it is about understanding what has happened. The gameplay revolves around a hybrid system that allows players to choose between stealth and direct confrontation. In many situations, avoiding enemies is the safer and more practical approach, as they are fast, aggressive, and capable of overwhelming you if you are not careful. Moving quietly, observing enemy patterns, and using the environment to your advantage becomes essential. At the same time, the game does allow for combat, giving players access to firearms and melee options. However, resources are limited, and every confrontation carries risk, which reinforces the survival aspect of the experience. This balance between caution and aggression creates a constant tension that defines much of the gameplay. Exploration plays a key role in supporting this system. Players must search through environments to find ammunition, tools, and other useful items, often relying on what they can gather to stay alive. The inclusion of traps and environmental interactions adds another layer of strategy, encouraging creative solutions rather than straightforward combat. This approach helps maintain variety, as players are not locked into a single way of handling encounters. However, the reliance on resource management also means that mistakes can be punishing, especially in more difficult sections. The narrative is one of the game’s strongest elements, unfolding through a mix of dialogue, environmental storytelling, and cutscenes. It explores themes of survival, identity, and consequence, gradually revealing more about the world and the events that led to its current state. The presence of a talking companion adds an unusual dynamic, providing both guidance and emotional contrast within the otherwise grim setting. Player choices influence how the story develops, leading to multiple endings that encourage replayability and offer different perspectives on the narrative. Puzzle elements are integrated into the progression, requiring players to interact with their surroundings in order to move forward. These puzzles vary in complexity, sometimes acting as simple obstacles and other times requiring more careful observation. While they add variety to the gameplay, they can occasionally disrupt the pacing, especially when combined with the game’s already tense and demanding mechanics. Atmosphere is where the game truly stands out. The environments are dark and oppressive, filled with unsettling imagery and a constant sense of danger. Sound design plays a significant role in reinforcing this tone, using ambient noise and enemy cues to keep players on edge. The overall presentation draws inspiration from classic survival horror games, creating a familiar yet distinct feeling that enhances immersion. Despite its strengths, the game shows clear signs of its indie origins. Visual quality and animations can feel rough, and certain mechanics lack polish. Movement and combat are functional but not always as refined as they could be, which can lead to occasional frustration. Checkpoint placement and saving systems can also be unforgiving, making it easy to lose progress if you are not careful. These elements do not completely detract from the experience, but they highlight areas where the game could have benefited from further refinement. Pacing is somewhat uneven, with moments of intense action followed by slower sections that may not maintain the same level of engagement. The combination of stealth, combat, and puzzles is ambitious, but not always perfectly balanced, leading to occasional repetition or inconsistency. However, the game’s relatively short length helps mitigate these issues, as it does not overextend itself. In the end, There Is No Tomorrow is a game that succeeds through its atmosphere, narrative, and willingness to experiment, even if it does not achieve perfection in execution. It offers a memorable experience for players who appreciate survival horror with a focus on tension and storytelling. While its rough edges may limit its appeal to a broader audience, it stands out as a passionate and creative project that delivers a distinct and engaging journey. Rating: 6/10
