CAPOLAVORO DI FILOSOFIA LUDICA
I only discovered there's a remaster halfway through and decided not to bother. The original still looks quite decent for being 12 years old and it's not a game that really needs graphical fidelity. The Talos Principle tells a very interesting story through written text and voice-overs only. It is quite complex in terms of conversation options and really tries to make you think about its philosophical questions while also slowly piecing together a beautiful overarching story about the end of the world. All of it feels like a nice little breather in between the puzzles and I found it to be just the right amount of story to keep the game engaging. The puzzles themselves are overall decent. I managed to do them all (some stars excluded) without using the in-game assistance or the internet, meaning they're not overly hard, but one or two took me quite a while to figure out. Most of them are rewarding, some are a bit tedious and I have to admit that by the end I was mostly just pushing through to finish the story. There's around five mechanics and dozens of puzzles using them, making some of them a little repetitive. Still, this is probably my favorite narrative puzzle game ever. Sorry Portal!
If you like hard puzzles you'll love this game. The soundtrack is really good too, I don't like the desert music though, I just muted the music at that part, it really stalled my thinking.
Loved it! It scratched my nerd itch something fierce!

очень крутая игра, головоломки интересные, кто любит поломать мозг удачи
good
Would you like a headache? If the answer is yes, then give Talos Principle a try. The puzzles will sometimes make you wish you never heard of the game, but then you "see" the solution and it's great. Some of the back and forth gets tedious or feels a little annoying, but when you get that "Aha!" moment it's all worth it.
