I have more than enough Hours Offline playing this Gem. Years ago I had it and played through. Just recently, I've finally managed to watch the Film. (after all this time) Loved it. I'm a bit disappointed in myself for not watching it sooner. But...better late than never?? Granted I was a little Kid when it came out, but still? If your familiar with the original Ghost Recons and Rainbow Six's, should be a walk in the park. Familiar territory, but then again, I don't want to say that. The Game can present quite a challenge. The second you begin to relax and believe you got things handled, you'll be loading up a save! (Might be a good idea to save when and if you can!) IF you decide to get it and play it. Even for it's Age, It's not comparable to any newer games (at least that I'm aware of) Alongside the other older Tom Clancy games; It's unique to this day. It has it's own flavor. Worth a shot.
You need a patched EXE file for it to run, but an excellent title and still holds up.
It's basically a mission pack for GR1 that focuses mostly on indoors CQC. If you're a fan of OG Red Storm games, don't sleep on this one.
games pretty good, story is good, gameplay is fun and addicting, highly recommend this game
Cortito pero bueno.
Game plays like a precursor to Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six. Linear enclosed map based tactical shooter with most maps containing minor possible variations in approach as well as scripted NPC allies. Would recommend.
If you appreciate old school Tom Clancy style tactical shooters, then I think you'll like this, it's really overshadowed by Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six, which I think is a real shame. It uses Ghost Recon's game engine but does give some improvements like the different squad command menu, being able to climb some objects, ordering your squadmates to frag/ clear a room, among some other things. If I were to describe this, it's like a mix of Rainbow 6 and Ghost Recon, but 60% R6, and 40% GR. There isn't any planning, or a large roster of characters with interesting backstories on how they ended up in their units, or any set of specialists you can have added that have their own unique set of weapons for the campaign. I do appreciate that what few soldiers you have under your command can get a squad loadout of different weapons to use like the FN P90, Colt M4A1, HK MP5, etc. I haven't played the multiplayer, but judging from it's lack of classes to choose from, and it's more limited selection of weapons to use, it does seem limiting. But it is a small bonus you can choose to be male/ female like in R6 Rogue Spear. This game could of really used some expansions to further flesh out it's selection of maps, and sadly there doesn't seem to be as much of a mod community like in Ghost Recon either. Either way, I'd say it's a B+ of a game.
Friendly AI made this game a save/load chore towards the end.
Fun Ghost Recon engine based shooter. However, you need to do some legwork to get the game to run since it expects a CD key on W10/11.
The illegitimate love child of the early Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon titles.
