Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.13/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0.4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Got it while it was discounted and it was worth it, short fun and easy straight to the point. Hopefully yall make more short horror games :)
Silent paths deceive Grief twists every haunted step Love endures the dark
The Park is a mildly decent horror game. I wouldn't call it an amazing game - so don't go into this expecting it to be the next big innovation in the horror genre or anything along those lines. But if you just want a short (2-3 hours), simple story where you wander a theme park at night, visiting each attraction and getting a bit of exposition with each one, then you can't go wrong with this one. The visuals are fine for what they are (again, nothing amazing) and the plot twist won't take you by surprise. The story is essentially that you're a mother searching for a lost child. But as you explore, you learn more of your character's past and it soon becomes apparent that not everything is as it seems. Cue a story about hard upbringings, mental health and deadly tragedy... again, these themes aren't exactly original and lots of other horror games and media have done them before. So again, don't expect anything outstandingly new here. But still, I liked it enough; so sure, I'll give it a thumbs up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u48C-o1fNuI&list=PL05Yc3_TEBpMBTx2Y2m0mMVY9YHtD1BLt&index=1&t=680s

if you love the jankiness of the original secret world legends like I did, this is fun, if not, give it a miss
Interesting concept, but boring story, and was scary only at the last 20 inutes of the game...
More of an interactive movie than a game; you do have freedom to walk around and examine the environment around you, but you're herded inevitably where The Park wants you to go,..which in a way just enhances the tension you experience. There were a couple of really good jump-scares that startled the crap out of me. And of course by the end, despite the clues and the environment and the discordant noise that had cranked the dread up to 11, I was in complete thrall to the story and had to see where it led. I don't have a VR headset but I almost wish I did, this game would have been a perfect fit for one. The one downside is that, like any horror movie, this game wouldn't be nearly as terrifying the second time through. But I enjoyed every minute of it.
When I first got this game in about 2018, I left it to rot in my backlog, mainly for the fact I did not want to play it. Then early last year, I saw CheeseYean's review on "The Park" and I remembered I own the "worst horror game", as it is that according to his review (at the time). I decided yesterday to load it up, and just complete it and never play it again... But then I began to read more of the files, see more of the words actually being said, and experience the game myself, and, let me tell you all this. EVEN if you see a review, try something YOURSELF. This game, though its not some Silent Hill 2 level of game, is in fact, a pretty dang deep game... BUT ONLY if you are willing to actually invest and see this game through, and pay attention, looking at every file/interactable item, and read into it. I, for one, will not defend Lorainne, she is hands down one of the worst mothers in games I have played. She is not fit to be a good mother, and shows it in most of her dialogue. She does have some moments where she is seemingly trying, but "Seemingly trying" is not enough to be a good mother. She is a bad mother who, spoilers ahead:
KILLS HER OWN SON!!!
HOWEVER... I think I can somewhat speak on a bit of defense to it, based on what I saw in the final act. What she did is ABSOLUTELY unforgivable, but, I can somewhat see what caused her to do so (which I will make my own video hopefully covering my theory, or add to this review at the end when I have time). HOWEVER.... I recommend you play this game, and enjoy it. Dive into it, and solve it for yourself. Either the music, the dark side of life, looking through the eyes of a mother who lost her kid, and is going through the journey of loss, pain, distrust, hate, and grief, all in one humble game. It takes less than 80 minutes to go through and explore/find EVERY collectable/achievement. I recommend this game, and please, do look deeper, because somethings, are more than the dark stories we have in our minds.
