Fun game and a good value, especially if you wait for it to be on sale. Solid replay options and side quests; different characters with various attributes, different routes you can take- keeps it interesting. *One word of caution for our red hat friends; there are native Americans represented in the game and women, some who are strong, independent, and have strong survival skills, so please use caution, as we know these can be triggers for you.

Fun for the price, I paid 13 bucks and it really is entertaining.
Super chill game with the spice of decisions that massively impact your journey at every turn. Minigames are just OK, the hunting is weird and can get boring quickly. The fishing is what you would expect from any other game with a fishing minigame. I like the hunting in the OG game a lot more. This game does enough to scratch the nostalgia itch though, just enough. Overall, I'm happy with it. I feel the devs generally did a good job hitting all the main points of the game and I appreciate all the different modes/journeys in case you want some slightly different scenery or difficulty to the game. The flexibility to make the game as difficult as you want depending on character personalities or wagon types is really nice to pull some of the monotony out of the game if you play it over and over like I do. Easy to play while multitasking/watching videos on your 2nd monitor.

По своей сути это роглайтовый выживач, где вы присматриваете за группой доходяг, бредущих по американским пердям с востока на запад. И не даете им помереть множеством способов. По пути рандомные квесты, различные события, но цель одна: любой ценой довести переселенцев до земли обетованной и вотчины бобров — Орегона. Или другого места, в зависимости от задачи похода. Приятно удивило наличие около пятнадцати сюжетов с разной сложностью: от прогулок с рыбалкой и разговорами у костра до хардкорного выживания в снегах как Джек Лондон завещал. Есть даже временные события с отдельными наградами. Прохождение как режимов, так и отдельных квестов открывает дополнительные возможности: новые повозки, предметы и расходники, новые персонажи для группы ваших подопечных. Советую всем, в ком жив дух авантюризма и жажды дороги. Не советую всем, кто не переваривает порты с мобилок с соответствующим интерфейсом. Меня гигантские кнопки обычно тоже раздражают, но тут почти не обращал внимания. Что сказать, я изначально был настроен позитивно-предвзято к этой игре. Тут вполне можно скоротать несколько вечеров.
