The Operator

An amazing game and premise, I truly wish it was longer, so much more intrigue and gameplay to be had. Hope the studio keeps going! Really impressed by the complete sense of characters and voice, but as others point out, it would ideally build more, both in story and in puzzles/investigation.

great little game , unique in some regards , but ill have to agree with the ending being meh but i think is bacuase of lack of cutscenes if they had it would be fantastic little game , i do think concept and story migh be worth exploring as a bigger gamer or including other story lines.

Really nice game, but it needs more storytelling about the journey. I can confidently say that this Steam game is valid and enjoyable, although it could use a built-in wiki to support players who are confused by some of the clues. Overall, it is a fairly good game that makes you feel like a real FBI operator- or, as the game calls it, an FDI operator.

gameplay? solid 9/10 plot? AT LEAST 7/10, enough foreshadowing and space for theories to get higher, imho, it's only problem ais kinda cliffhanger at the end, which is obviously to leavy space for "The Operator 2" to take a head-start. otherwise in my opinion - it's 8 or 9 outta 10, because in one moment, (which i will not spoil, but will give a hint: "bed and nastily-cracked wall") I just got flabbergasted. I had to use a hint, because I could not believe that story would twist THIS far. Conclusion: Gameplay - 9/10 Plot - 9/10 and I leave this space only for genius games, and possibly give a fine for cliffhanger Visual narration and graphics are good 7/10, because this game values plot more than visual, and for good reason. Overall - 8.4/10, with my (subjective) emotions from this game peaking. This game is awesome. If you're in for nicely 90's-styled detective without supernatural bs and only gameplay being PC screen and UI divided with blurry cutscenes that carry more weight than you initially thought - you SHOULD buy this game. (Also, not a spoiler, but there is only one ending)

Il gioco non dura molto, è vero. Però, è una piccola perla. L'ambientazione e la narrativa catturano facilmente il giocatore. Ci si immerge in una serie di casi da risolvere (in maniera divertente ed originale), legati da un filo conduttore comune. Gli enigmi non sono semplicissimi o scontati. La tensione cresce man mano che ci si avvicina alla fine, per poi aver un bel finale. Uno di quelli che ti fa desiderare il prossimo episodio... Consigliato soprattutto a chi ama il genere thriller

Good game and story, just wished it would have had more of the puzzles and actual gameplay. It was 95% about the story, not puzzles etc.

Amazing game... Especially the scene with the bomb ( wth is this manual bruh ). The tension in that scene makes u feel as if someone else's life depends on your decisions. The sound design, story, and UI are all worth paying special attention to. From my perspective, it's far less boring than most other games in this genre. Absolutely recommended

Очень средняя игра. Причем средняя абсолютно во всем: и в геймплее, и в истории, и в механиках, и диалогах, и в персонажах. 94% позитивных отзывов она не заслужила, поэтому ставлю дизлайк. Это обычный проходняк, 5/10, не больше.
