The List

If you liked Her Story, you're going to love this game too. By typing in some keywords of your choice, you uncover the story of the mysterious man you're interviewing as a police man in Santa Fe. The less you know, the better it is, so I'll stop right here. I'll just say that it's a great short game. Go on and buy it ;) EDIT: The ending is amazing, Bit hard to get there without some guides but it's well worth it.

While I'm a sucker for these types of games (Her Story) and FMV, as others have said before, While we don't want the solution handed to us the ending really didn't make a ♥♥♥♥ ton of sense in relation to the videos. I still enjoyed clip hunting and attempting to piece it together. I just wish there were more clues, hints and references along the way. Maybe someone with whom to interact to give small nudges. Also could definitely used some cozy photos or video evidence. And what the hell did the evidence mean anyway? But I really did enjoy the game overall. Give it a try. Thumbs up

aaaaa i really liked this! coming in i assumed we'd be getting all the same sort of tricks and hints to the story as Her Story because of the identical setup, but i was honestly really pleasantly surprised! obviously there was inspiration taken but i feel like its different enough in terms of the "deduction" and story that it stands up well enough as its own unique take on the format. also, [spoiler]LOVE that the main premise is alternate history! i love history in general but putting me in a world where most things seem the same on the surface but random little things are just slightly different -- like there being a state called absaroka -- is basically exploiting a weakness of mine, so definitely an instant way to make me like your game[/spoiler]

A great game for fans of the genre, with an unexpected twist!

Loved the game. The amount of effort put into the storyline to make it come together in such a neat way can be clearly seen in this game. Only took me 2.3 hours to complete but worth every penny.

Respectfully, the story was completely lost on me. After several hours of play I had to look up spoilers to figure out what the entire story was about and I was honestly shocked. This game is totally confusing.. and usually I love a good mystery, puzzle, investigation game. The main character in this game is insufferable. You have to listen to him for the entire game and try to figure out what he's getting at and then by the end you discover it's really nothing at all. I do no recommend this game.

While not reaching the heights of games such as Her Story or Immortality, The List is a strong FMV detective game in a similar style. It does not really disappoint, perhaps apart from its briefness. We want more!

really enjoyed the game. Short but intriguing. I love games like this, which are pretty immersive and really draw you in. More, please!
