The Mermaid Mask

I loved this game. I'm recommending it to everyone I know, whether they like puzzle / detective / mystery games or not. What a fun story! Amazing art and voice acting as always! I know the creators said they're taking a break, which is very well deserved, but I cannot wait for them to release another game. Mermaid Mask was so well done, I'll be talking about it to anyone who stays near me long enough to listen.

Finished the game, every character is fully voiced with an amazing OST and the gameplay is much longer than the previous installation in the franchise. Every character has an opinion on every item you present them! The only qualm I have is that to get any missing achievements; you will have to replay the whole game since it saves after a certain scene that won't allow you to explore the rooms. Aside from that, this game is a MUST TRY if you liked the previous games. Also, I hope the devs will add steam point shop items for this game, I'd buy them in a heartbeat.

自從玩完了 Tangle Tower 就一直等到現在，肉眼可見的進步！ 上一作已經很讚了，音樂、美術、人設（最重要的部分）、全配音、對話也有趣。 而這作完全保留以上其優點，人物動畫一如既往流暢有趣（兩個主角還有新動畫跟3D建模！）。 並且有改善了我認為上一作的缺點，那就是收尾倉促的部分。 推薦給任何玩過： Detective Grimoire 系列（前作）、逆轉裁判系列、槍彈辯駁系列，或單純想玩輕鬆的偵探解謎小品的玩家！ 最後是個人對於劇情的一點抒發，劇透注意： [spoiler]沒想到玩完整個遊戲後，最喜歡的角色是莫圖加（還有辛莫崔，她好可愛）。 SFB真的很擅長寫人際關係和互動，上作芙蕾雅也是，明明是沒幾句台詞的受害者卻能塑造成栩栩如生。他們都是受害者，但他們曾做過的事、留下的痕跡，依然影響著身邊的所有人。 不過最大的差別在於，芙蕾雅至少完成了自己想做的事，而莫圖加卻是一位徹底的悲劇主角。就連兇手最終都獲得了自己想要的東西，但莫圖加的結局卻只迎來了心碎，好替他感到不值阿，明明是一個很好的人的說。 不過還好這遊戲有科斗夫人XD，她說出了很多我的想法，也會替莫圖加打抱不平，如果有機會她也會去揍該揍的人(?)。 然後我特別想提船長室的美術，每個人的房間都多少反映著他們的個性和模樣。而第一次進到船長室時，看見昏暗的色調、到處都是蜘蛛網和灰塵，我看了只覺得這個人一定很難過。 後來，潛水艇浮上海面，夕陽照進船長室的那一幕，就好像希望透進了這個他生灰的心一樣，我看到的當下真的是需要一點時間平復這個感受。可惜最後，他還是沒能離開這艘潛水艇，親自體會到自由。 [/spoiler]

i hate taking breaks with this one, its too good to stop. i love these games, the characters are amazing, the music is catchy, and the cases are interesting. i want this series to never stop. dont be like J.D. Wirman.

A beautifully crafted point and click with witty dialogue, intriguing mysteries, and narrative that keeps you hooked. An absolute joy to play.

I've been waiting YEARRSSSS for this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game and I am SO GLAD to finally have it.. THEY HAVE TRULY OUTDONE THEMSELVES WITH THIS.. tho I'm only 40% / 8 hours in.. the story? the characters?? ITS SO GOOD ALREADY. ITS SO GOOD. I do love that they're adding more creepy stuff into these games tho!I wish more detective games did that!
