Incredible mystery game, had me locked from the beginning til the end

easily one of the best games i have ever played, i cried at the final cutscene, I'm not quite sure myself why. either way 10/10!!! I can't wait for the sequel! (if there is gonna be one that is) (I hope there is)

I love the series and was so excited for this release. The character designs are so whimsical and eye catching. The animations are smooth and the voice actors bring the characters to life so well. The soundtrack adds so much to the atmosphere as well. I find the puzzles really hit that sweet spot of being engagingly challenging without being frustrating. It's just a fantastic addition to the series and I adore being able to see the artwork after completing the game.

Dearest reader, I must inform you of a great sequel of Detective Grimoire in which another killer has to be identified. Me and my girlfriend loved the story, graphics and voice acting. We have been waiting for this sequel to be released since we played Tangle Tower and have not been let down. All the characters had a unique personality that contributed to the depth of the story. Aside from talking with all the people there are also some mini games which we thought to be well balanced in difficulty. It didn't took too long to figure them out but they were no puzzles done in two seconds. The story was very well thought through and had a surprising plot twist. Overall I'd love to say, please SFB Games, continue the series! Detective Grimoire and Sally need to get another adventure and another chance to show their great humor!

10/10 game, it is truly amazing, I will avoid spoilers in this review because you simply must go into it blind, I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. The story is great, the culprit caught me completely off guard but it was believable, which if you like murder mysteries you´ll know that´s hard to find. Grimoire and Sally are as funny as always, the suspects are incredibly charming, the voice acting is spectacular, the writing manages to balance funny moments with the more serious aspects of the game, and don´t even get me started on the art. Seriously, the animation is incredibly smooth, the clues are incredibly well made, and the backgrounds are so gorgeous it feels like a visual orgasm every time I enter into a new room, the artstyle, the colors, everything about the art in the game just shows how much care got put into it. It is the sequel of a sequel (triquel?) and I do recommend playing Tangle Tower, the second game in the trilogy, first. since the first one is old and it shows. Tangle Tower was my first introduction to these games and it was very good, and you don´t really need the first game, Secret of the Swamp, to understand it, but there are multiple references to Tangle Tower in this game

just as good, if not better, than Tangle Tower. The voice acting and writing especially are just incredibly well done
