Return to Moria – A Surprisingly Addictive and Cozy Survival Adventure Return to Moria delivers a deeply engaging survival experience that feels like a 3D evolution of games like Terraria, especially when it comes to building and exploration. The core gameplay loop is incredibly satisfying: gathering resources, expanding your base, and slowly reclaiming the underground world piece by piece. The building system is one of the game’s strongest features. It’s intuitive, flexible, and genuinely fun to experiment with. Whether you’re constructing functional shelters or more elaborate structures, the game constantly rewards creativity and planning. There’s a real sense of progression as your base grows from something simple into a complex, efficient stronghold. Exploration is equally compelling. The underground setting creates a unique atmosphere—sometimes calm and beautiful, other times tense and dangerous. Each new area feels like a discovery, pushing you to go deeper despite the risks. The story is another highlight. It’s well-integrated into the gameplay and gives purpose to your journey. Rather than feeling like an afterthought, it motivates exploration and adds emotional weight to your actions. The music deserves special mention as well—it’s incredibly enjoyable and adds a lot to the overall atmosphere, making both calm moments and tense encounters even more immersive. The game also features a solid single-player mode, making it perfectly enjoyable even without friends. In fact, it has a surprisingly cozy vibe despite being set in a dangerous underground world, which makes it easy to relax and lose hours building and exploring. Overall, Return to Moria is a highly enjoyable game that blends survival, crafting, and storytelling in a way that keeps you coming back. If you enjoy games like Terraria but want a fully 3D experience with a strong sense of atmosphere, progression, and a cozy feel, this is definitely worth your time.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Boring, repetitive, and linear as railgun shot. Voices are mixed, and when male dwarf squeals like elf on magic shrooms, it stops being even remotely interesting. Build base, die of boredom, rinse and repeat. Story is at maximum stretch at level of Star Wars Episode IX - Somehow Something Happened.

I am a Dwarf and I'm digging a hole...
If you like a mix of building, ressource gathering and killing orcs. I can highly recommend this game. Recent update to the map was a HUGE QoL update to make it easier to navigate through the vast maze of caves and massive ruins the game has to offer.
I can safely say I didn't enjoy it at first, it felt very slow and repetitive. Took a break from it and realized how good it was, the story is a little bare and ill be the first to say the combat isn't very good. The final boss is underwhelming but the game has a charm. If you like just exploring and gathering then this game is INCREDIBLE for it. Plus the base building is what I love most, very snappy and easy to understand, the options are lovely. The DLC I would also recommend (Durin's Folk at least) it adds a decently functioning settlement mechanic that makes your base feel all the more alive. Would recommend!
laggy
Extremely soulless, with people only ending up playing because they're lotr fans who tricked themselves into thinking it had content to satisfy their starving appetites.
I really love this game. I can see where people who play survival sims a lot can be frustrated with some elements or glitches. But as a LOTR fan, I am SO excited every time I play this game. The lore and easter eggs are amazing. I really love the flavor and Tolkien inspired elements, like singing mining songs together for boosts, food and cooking being a key element of companionship, and the historic lore to all the things you can create. Then on top of all that, you get to explore Moria, and see things described in the books, and moments I swear are out of clipped movie stills recreated. If you're a fan of LOTR, dwarves, or mellow exploration crafting with deeply customizable difficulty settings, this is the game for you. I think it's a fun game that has cozy, exciting elements that is so fun to play with people!
