Potentiel prometteur.
There are quite a few flaws, but that's why it's early access. There were difficulties understanding how to complete the quests. The potential is there, the main thing is that the developers bring the game to release with good updates.
What was King Harald's favorite game? King's Last Stand. Harald's last trip to England was all-inclusive. It included a shield wall, an arrow tour, and a permanent axe to grind.
I received this game via keymailer to play-test and showcase as Im a hobbyist youtuber. The Concept and idea looks amazing and i was very very excited to play. But it was a very rough time. I ended up succumbing to my mounting frustrations and ending my playtest before i even got to combat. I am still excited to see this game to meets its potential, but i dont think its ready even for EA. I can also see the dev is very very active and seeking out player to get spec and more details on all the issues so they can be addressed asap, so massive props. However for me, It feels like a pre-alpha and im just really sad because i was so excited for this. Optimisation needs to be addressed as a priority. I was running at the lowest graphics at 1080p on a 3080 and i would get consistent frame drops to single digit frames, as if the world around me was constantly loading itself and unloading. It was too much. Thats just the fps issue, as there are other issues like UI not having standard elements that would be in most crafting games (like ability to select a resource transfer amount, ended up using all my wood in a single craft because i could not find a way to select an amount), the tutorials seem to skip steps and quest rewards are not clear, like saying i got a mace but in actuality i got the ability to make that mace at the bench. There is allot of other things, but it all leads me to conclude that this was released too early, even for "Early access". Looking at the reviews, i see many with my same experience but others seemingly have a completely different experience, which makes me think its possible that its not been made with varied hardware in mind. My full time playing this can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/live/s-96Fir3Tww?si=0iCsyIYiywACKZ11 TLDR: Games not ready for early access release, i look forward to playing this once its in a good state. For the dev: Keep at it, the foundations there and thats the most important step. I look forward to seeing were this goes and hopfully enjoying my time with it in the future. If it helps, my specs: I9-10900KF 32gb ram 3080
This game is not ready whatsoever to be played, the UI is horrendous, and the controls are the most unintuitive I have seen in a long while, the concept seems really cool, but it just feels like a bunch of things thrown together while testing, which haven't been given a proper second look, may be worth it in a few years.
does not start
this game wont load at all
the game UI need to be reworked, loading back in you just falling, if you do something before its a mission it breaks the game. Has potential but needs a major update
