Real escape room experience. Puzzles have a nice balance, they are challenging but not frustrating. The game keeps you hooked and wanting for more

A challenging game that makes you feel like you're in a real escape room, with puzzles much more intricate than they appear at first glance. Really recommended

Very solid escape room game. Love the island vibes and how it slowly pulls you down the rabbit hole, and the puzzles are smart in a not annoying way (you know, a common sin in this kind of games). Exploring around can also be a lot of fun if you have the time for it. If you like solving stuff without too much hand-holding, give it a try.

absolutely unplayable - issues with scaling

I enjoyed the Demo version of this a while back and waited eagerly for the full game. I played quite a bit of it, and though it was well thought out, but then near the end I encountered a 4X4 sliding block puzzle. I strongly dislike this type of puzzle for the amount of time they take to do, so I am quitting the game. If you don't mind sliding block puzzles, then the game is worth buying.

Wanted to like this because it has the bones of being a great escape adventure, but it often presents the player with puzzles that require you to read the developers mind (and the hint system is so arcane as to be nearly useless). Other puzzles are dirt simple and some are simply tedious and not fun (I'm looking at you slider tile puzzle). There is a puzzle where you move sliders to correspond to heights of mountains just flat out did not work unless again you read the developers' minds. This is a promising work but needs more work to be enjoyable - right now it is joyless.

This game is great, one of the best escape rooms I've played! It's very entertaining!

I think it is good puzzle game but some puzzles after you come out of the cave are tough. I am stuck with the one that has numbers on the side of the house. if anyone knows how to solve it i would appreciate.

Quand on aime les puzzles, on va aimer 'The Island - Escape Room'. Certains puzzles sont "simples", d'autres sont du style "fallait y penser" et quelques uns où l'on est content d'avoir un indice ! Pas mal du tout! e ne peux qu'encourager les développeurs à faire un autre jeu de ce style (et me le faire savoir ;) )
