YOU are a psychiatrist, trying to solve a murder whilst treating the unusual patients of the recently deceased Doctor Dekker. Type a question - patients reply in full screen video and have questions for you too but be careful what you say. Your words determine their eventual fates, and your own!

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Good acting but a little long-winded and was a little relieved at the end so I could stop typing out questions. However, it's an interesting concept, just think it needs a bit of work for the IMoDD2 when that releases.
It's a good game but different you get to be both doctor and Detective. I don't like how I have to ask the questions exactly because it's pre-programmed that way. Can go in circles and use a HINT just to see that the question was written another way.
While I appreciate the unique ideas behind this game, I find myself in the minority with not enjoying it at all. I did at first, but it was incredibly short lived. The freedom to ask your patients questions is a very clever mechanic, and if executed well could have led to some real immersion in the story. Unfortunately what you get it "guess the trigger word" simulator. It becomes increasingly frustrating when you use a hint to find out that the question you SHOULD be asking is strikingly similar to a question you've already asked, but got a non-response to. It tears apart the immersion and reminds you instantly that all you're doing is probing the system with random keywords to see the next clip. "Tell me more about David" is apparently too similar to "How did David die?" And thus, you cannot ask the latter. All the game cares about is "David". I've already mentioned him, so conversation over. This is not how humans interact with one another. You will find that perfectly reasonable and acceptable questions regarding the patient and their stories are just...ignored. "What do you do during the midnight hour?" ---> "Sorry, I don't know what you're asking." "Tell me more about the midnight hour." ---> Ah yes, I'm glad you mentioned it. Let me tell you... It's maddening. Acting is fine, characters are fine, mechanics and gameplay are unique, execution sucks and the immersion gets broken within the first minute or two.

This game is amazing. It is so intriguing and I love trying to get the patients to reveal everything they know. Its very intuitive. Its a very different type of game and I love that about it. I am having a lot of fun and can't wait to find out the story!
incredibly innovative and a ton of fun. a real psychological thriller you can play in many ways.
Asking questions in the right way can be tedious but I still enjoyed the game. The story is interesting and the characters are well written and well performed.
