About
On Sunday the 7th of March, 1936, a group of locals made their way up the long, muddy track to Galley House. As far as any of them knew, the house had stood empty for decades.
Inside, they discovered the bloody aftermath of something horrific.
The authorities were summoned, and the crime scene was eventually cleared away. But nobody ever figured out what happened that dreadful night. It seemed likely that no one ever would.
Now, many years later, you have access to a peculiar machine — one that lets you listen in on echoes of the past. Can you piece together the events behind The Incident at Galley House?

Reviews
This is just as engaging and all-consuming as The Roottrees Are Dead, the previous game by this developer. If you liked that game, or enjoy deduction/puzzle games, give this a try. And if you haven't played The Roottrees are Dead, you should get on that.

Well written puzzles, Engaging. In parts creepy, but not really scary. A singular "jump scare" which is very mild. Don't let that put you off.
Oh My Gosh. I played their Roottree game and bought this one as soon as it came out. 9 hours later, I've 100% completed the game and I wasn't disappointed. The flow of this game was fantastic. I wasn't floundering around for obscure clues like with The Roottrees are Dead. The storyline was great! Kept you wondering for a while before you start to realize what's going on, and then you're crying as you know what's coming. I loved it, every second.

Highly recommend! I played the original (Type Help). I loved the original, and equally love this remake. Great detective deduction game for Obra Dinn and Rootttrees fans. Amazing storyline with an amazing mystery. Without spoiling anything, they added enough extra stuff to it for people who have played the original to play this remake.
A truly amazing deduction game, that will surprise with its cleverness. A must have if you enjoy the likes of the Roottrees are Dead or the Golden Idol.
This is without a doubt the best mystery game on steam at the moment. However, saying any thing else will spoil the story. Go in as blind as possible and enjoy the ride.
That was so good! Such an intriguing and creative plot! The game is just about the right difficulty to make it not frustratingly obtuse or mind numbingly obvious. Voice acting and sound design was really high quality throughout. UI was mostly really good and the seance machine feels really nice and intuitive to use, reminds me of a high-tech "Guess Who?" board. My only minor gripe with the UI was that I would have liked to be able to mark timeframes with more than two reminders. The twist near the end was great! Strongly recommend this for any fans of detective and mystery games! And after two smash hits with The Roottrees are Dead and now this I'm really excited to see what William and Evil Trout will release next!
