The Hospital: Allison's Diary

I would like to give this game a good review becaause the atmosphere is excellent. Movement though is rough and very early in the game you get stuck in an elevator and cant get out. Game over. They need to fix it. Some kind of glitch prevents you from moving further along.

The Hospital: Allison's Diary ist eine Lineare- Lauf- Geisterbahn im Stil von The Affected, bietet aber lange nicht so ein qualitativ hochwertiges Erlebnis und außerdem ist die Spieldauer noch viel kürzer, für fast denselben Kaufpreis. The Hospital sieht man einfach an, das es für die Gear VR entwickelt wurde. Das Spiel hat mich allerdings durchaus zum Gruseln gebracht, somit seinen Zweck erfüllt aber einen Daumen nach oben kann ich trotzdem nicht mit gutem Gewissen vergeben, da der Kaufpreis für das Gebotene einfach zu hoch ist. Punkte: 4,5/10

I enjoy seeing what people come up with in this new vr era. Horror is a big draw for developers because if done right it can be really scary like no way before. This is short but I found it to be really heart stopping at times. Nothing special but worth the cheap price. I used a gamepad with Oculus and had no issues. Be sure to look everywhere . Events get triggered, so if your stopped in your tracks by the game look around. 2 Newer games in the series I'll be playing.

The Hospital: Allison´s Diary ist der erste von mittlerweile 3 Allison-Teilen, und der wohl mit Abstand schlechteste. (getestet mit der HTC Vive) In Allison´s Diary machen wir uns auf die Suche nach dem Tagebuch des Mädchens Allison, um herauszufinden, was in der Vergangenheit passiert ist. Bewaffnet mit einer Taschenlampe betreten wir ein stillgelegtes Hospital und schauen uns um. Gespickt mit einigen wenigen Jumpscares dauert das ganze in etwa 20 Minuten. Man merkt dem Spiel direkt den Samsung-Gear-Import an. Die Steuerung ist hakelig, wir laufen (schleppend) in Blickrichtung, wenn wir nach oben oder unten schauen, bewegen wir uns gar nicht mehr. Auch Türen zu durchqueren läuft nicht immer reibungslos, teils wirklich nervig. Zur Interaktion (Türen öffnen) drücken wir ein Knöpfchen und das war es auch fast schon. Die Gruselstimmung ist nicht schlecht, auch die Jumpscares sind soweit in Ordnung, allerdings ist sowohl der Umfang zu gering, als auch die Steuerung zu schlecht um das Spiel zu empfehlen. Da ich mir alle 3 Teile im Pack gekauft habe, werde ich natürlich auch den Rest testen, Teil 2 macht definitiv schonmal Fortschritte. It had a few unique jumpscares which I enjoyed...but it's over in 19mns.

Great horror experience! Short, but very intense. I strongly recommend not to play it at home alone at night!!

Pretty bad game. I thought the pictures looked good, so I decided to ignore the reviews and buy the game. The graphics are bad, movement is bad, gameplay is bad. It's a bunch of jump scares as you walk through a VERY guided path. Really not fun at all.

One of the best Vr Horror experience i had until now ...Amazing game .....

A bit short. A bit rough around the edges, but it still has some moments I enjoyed. I wish you could move in the direction of the controller. Though using the thumb pad is always my preferred method of movement, the movement does not feel consistent, like it's not always moving at the same rate, and it would be nice if using the trigger while walking, sped things up a bit. Overall a bit weak, but still creepy fun.
