Amazing combat feel...
Best soulslike fr
Fantastic experience. Smooth and buttery combat, especially after you unlock some skills. Similar to Sekiro rewards defensive moves with offensive rewards. Stamina is the same thing as posture, but still works great. The big draw of this game are the bossfights. Amazingly designed, lots of moves, diverse set of bosses. The sidemissions recycle or reinterpret some bosses, but they're side missions so it's totally fine in my book. It's at least better than making some early bosses into regular mobs like some other souls games. Visually great, outside of the second-to-last area. Seems kinda rushed to give attention to the final area. At least outside, inside looks fine. Story is the only knock, pretty basic, not great- to bad, but enough to feel some purpose to what you're doing. If you like super rewarding fast-paced combat and bossfights. Perfect game for you! 9/10!
muito bom
It's a mixed review, more yellow than red but red nonetheless. I got it on sale, it's maybe worth the sale price but I won't pretend it's a great game. Story is the most generic thing possible: angry guy wants revenge, meets friends, bad things happen, gets angrier etc. Gameplay offers some great customisation and you can respec your skills, while attributes need an item which is rare but can be purchased. You will be doing this a lot though because whatever build you're working with, will likely need to be changed with almost every boss. There are 3 main weapons: dual wield axe and sword; greatsword; spear. They're all quite fun to play in their own way, until you meet a boss. I think these are consistently the worst bosses I've come across in any recent game. All the tropes are here. Totally obscured movements, attacks that track you so much they actually have gravity sometimes (I am not joking, I just fought one boss who constantly tracked me and my character would teleport towards her), and the worst one of all: constant, but delayed attacks. It is unbelievably egregious in this game. I don't understand how devs can justify this stuff anymore. Get creative with their move set. Don't make them stop half way through a swing in order to throw you off. I have visual information, I can see that the person is stopping their movements, I can see there is no reason for delaying. Don't try and convince me this guy struggles to raise a big sword when seconds ago he was throwing it around at light speed (actual light speed sometimes, blink and you'll miss it). So overall, don't bother. In my opinion, people are confusing good customisation with good combat. Exploration is very bare bones but it's fine. It's an okay game, but I don't think it's worth a lot of time or money.
These dudes gay as hell
Best souls like. Better than lies of P imo. Extremely fun
I get what the game is going for ... but it just feels annoying on purpose. You have 3 weapons ... but you cant switch them without spending 5 minutes respecing . Problem is that different weapons are required for different bosses so this design is made specifically as a big FU to the player, like the devs expressing their frustrations and making the player suffer. After you respec the tenth of twentieth time you will have more than enough. This alone makes the game a 4/10 at best, i could get into other stuff like bad level design and awful story, but just the gear system alone makes it a bad game. Anyway, play AI limit, Lies of P of you want an dark souls clone, or just DS3 or Elden Ring if you want the real thing, i get being hard, but i cant accept is design decisions that are 100% intentionally made to "own the tryhards" and make normal people waste hours of times to troll them.
