You’ve landed yourself in prison again, and your only chance is to engineer an escape by any means necessary. How you do it is up to you! Why not cause a prison riot? Or dig a tunnel right under the walls of the prison? Or even steal a guard uniform to blend in with your captors?
The Escapists is a unique prison sandbox experience with lots of items to craft and combine in your daring quest for freedom. Life in prison will keep you on your toes with the strict rules that you’ll have to break. The guards are out to stop any escape attempts, so you’ll have to avoid suspicious behaviour by attending roll calls, working a prison job and hiding your stolen craftables.

Got this on sale and it was great value. This is a patience simulator. Can you survive the monotony of everyday prison routine with just a few hours every day, or night, to make progress on your goal? I like that there's more than one way to complete your objective. Use different items, different jobs, different areas of the prison. There was the occasional glitch that annoyed me, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

O The Escapists é um jogo bem simples na aparência, mas surpreendentemente profundo, aqui não vence quem corre mais, e sim quem tem o plano melhor, ter que aprender a rotina da prisão, conquistar NPCs, juntar itens e executar a fuga certa é extremamente satisfatório. O jogo em si exige paciência, errar, repetir faz parte também, algumas conquistas dão trabalho e o ritmo pode cansar, mas quando o plano finalmente funciona, a sensação compensa cada minuto jogado. Não é um jogo de ação, é um jogo de estratégia disfarçado logicamente, mas para quem gosta de pensar, testar caminhos e dominar sistemas como esse, é uma experiência viciante e recompensadora ao longo do tempo.
给童年补票~在当年看来很新颖，不过到现在我也只会暴力通关，当时在电脑和手机玩的盗版，因为不能联机所以只能和我弟同时开局假装在联机玩，当时挺希望能联机的，后面看见出了2代，但是他没时间和我一起玩了，童年的那段时光果然珍贵呢，无法复刻的记忆，不过好在血缘不会把我们割舍开。

I used this as a how-to on how to escape from a real prison. Unfortunately, real people are smarter than the security guards in this game... I still escaped though, they just caught me three days later when I did the exact same crime
