The Coin Game

Great fun simulator if you love arcades and its games. Survival mode can be a grind but totally worth when you start making big bucks. Have had this since early access and its always being updated so I recommend a buy if you're interested.

This is an awesome game to play whenever you want to just chill out and play a simple game that doesn't require much thought process. I love how accurate each game is to the real life counterpart, and the little copyright friendly plays on the different brands and machines is a nice touch. The survival mode is also a lot of fun when you want something a bit more challenging, and the special payment for certain prizes everyday assures you'll end up at a different arcade everyday. However, there are also a lot of things I find particularly irritating. For starters, the carnival game prizes far outweigh the normal arcade prizes in value, while also containing seemingly more than half the games prizes. This makes the usefulness of returning to the different arcades to experience each game feel much less rewarding, as you'd have to spend hours grinding to get the same prize you'd spent only 5 minutes earning at the carnival. The only other thing I have to complain about would be the avatars, as they are very bland and I really wish there was some way to customize their body type or apply different cosmetics earned from playing survival or something like that. Other than that this game is phenomenal and I wish the developer best of luck in further improving this game in the future.

I have really enjoyed this game. I love classic arcade games and machines that are like real arcades. I tried other arcade games like tower unite but don't like the online aspect, this i enjoy because it's single player, play machines as you want and when you want. I love the the little different areas for game machines like the mall, Larry's arcade, carnival games the dev is on top of the updates and making sure to try and make the game better by doing things that the community are asking for. Would love to see some more arcade games appearing in the future but what's on it now I enjoy playing. This game is worth the try especially if you like arcade games and want a game that's chilled and offline and enjoy your own time. I like both modes the birthday and survival mode. Plays great on the steam deck where I have been playing on the deck for the last few hours. Definitely recommend

This game is like comfort food, especially for people of a certain age. Also way deeper than you might think at first.

I LOVE how charming this game is. I bought it expecting a sort of standard arcade simulator, which I did get, but I also got so much more. There is so much to do, so many games to play and the game's being updated regularly. Can't wait to keep playing! Thank you for this amazing passion project!

Love the game, loved it a while. As you may see in some reviews the 1.0 release was a little rough. What people fail to mention is that less than a week later the SINGLE dev has been there with immediate fixes, dev updates, and some genuine words from a person who obviously loves what they are doing. No other game for me captures the same feeling of just enjoying an arcade, not waiting for anyone to come pick you, not watching your tokens as you run out, just you and the neon carpet crunching with stale soda.

i love this game so much i play this game every day its super fun its a good time waster too
