One of the best things I can't recommend to any of my friends.

I actually bought this game because its soundtrack , so shout out to Akira Yamaoka , yo. his works are great! *Note : I bought the game in discount. my thoughts so far into the game -cool ass visuals , lots of moment worth a screenshot -cool ass uis , very artsy -cool ass soundtracks -the writing could've been better , in term of wording? I just think there're unnecessary amount of "OK" which kinda ticks me off , but that's just me thing. -3d navigation is arse. why am I needed to be tweening between 2 position at a slow ass pace? can't I just walk at my own pace and select where to go , like Killer7?
My favorite visual novel of all time, some of the greatest writing in any video game I've ever played split across three different storylines by three different authors that all did very well. The characters, theming, and stories are all so perfectly crafted. It's also one of the most painful games I've ever played, it can deliberately be boring or confusing, especially with the final chapter, which can take about 12 hours to 100% (the whole game prior takes about 18ish hours to get through) and I would only recommend playing through if you find yourself incredibly dedicated to the game, It can also be an extremely brutal game despite the relatively tame visuals, pretty much any trigger warning you could need will be broken by the game, though not disrespectfully. The 25th Ward, I should note, has one of few good depictions of SA, and how horrifying it is, that I've seen in gaming. Make sure to at least play "The Silver Case" and "Flower, Sun, and Rain" (have to emulate this one) before playing this game, or else a lot of the story and world won't make sense. It will ♥♥♥♥ you in half.
Phenomenal. Soulful. Painful. The horrors of urban planning and manufacturing a productive society. Also a great sense of humor and a lot of soul and style. Puzzles can be kind of a pain in the ass sometimes.
Damn. I had pretty high hopes for this given its VNDB+Steam Score, the track in the trailer that really slaps and gives off a extremely aesthetically appealing vibe... but this sucks. Maybe it's the fault of the translator, but all of the characters talk like potty mouthed pre-teens and have the personalities of a shonen, despite the art being very 'mature'. The swearing itself is not the problem. I love swearing and get in trouble for it constantly at work. But the swearing in this is highly unnatural, as though a sensitive and extremely polite/orderly/respectful/introverted Japanese author is recreating the skewed caricature impression that watching gritty American cop shows left in his mind, unironic cowboy tanaka type stuff. It looks like The Shell, and reads like Fruits of Grisaia, this is... not good. Like biting into an apple and tasting mozzarella cheese. I'm sure people will say there is some sort of deep plot that turns into social commentary here, but the dialogue is so bad and the characters so immature and false I can't bear the slog. I think most people are engaged by a mix of the aesthetics (which are very unique/pleasing) and the intentional vagueness masquerading as depth. For my part, I can't think that anyone who would write characters like this has much profound to say though. Refunded.
Nele existem 3 rotas, Correctness, Match Maker e Placebo.
