Finally beat the campaign after about a year and a half of on and off playing. At first, the amount of battles can feel overwhelming, but I fell in love with the creatures and the battle systems of the game. The weekly challenges are a great way to earn money once you beat the game! Unlike most games, the end game isn't the end-all-be-all of this game. You have the option to play a randomized playthrough, a nuzlocke, or a randomized nuzlocke, all on dedicated servers, and each with some pretty neat cosmetic rewards, even if it's just a handful of them. Overall, I have loved every second of Temtem. It's a single player RPG with a two-player co-op mode and some late-to-end game group rogue-like content. If you find yourself replaying Pokemon or ROM hacks in various ways to challenge yourself, do yourself a favor and play Temtem! Stick with it until the end, it has tons of fun content!

There's like a million ROM-Hacks for free out there. Do they have the same graphics as Temtem? No. But you can play a different one each day till the sun burns out. Temtem is by no means a bad game, but gameplay-wise it's just another Fakemon game, be it a fairly good one. Grab it if it's on sale for $5, cause for 40+ bucks you could also just get a real Pokemon game (or play them for free on an emulator...)

Ive been with TemTem from the first day of early access. I've watched this game grow into something much more than it started with. This game as of writing is on sale for $12, and that price is disgustingly low for what this game has to offer. This game is created with Co-op in mind. The battles are all double battles and the temtem are made to synergize more than almost any other creature collection game. You can very well play it solo but admittedly its not as fun. You go through and defeat dojos(gyms) and after the story mode there is additional end game content. It has a MMO-lite feel which i feel is where a lot of the bad reviews come from. From the start, this game was never meant to last forever, but the advertising of the game leaned into the "MMO" description it was being given, so when the developers decided the game was finished, people got upset that it wasnt going to just keep going. After the main story you can participate in raids, rematch dojos on increased difficulty, participate in the PVP and other things. I personally like breeding and creating perfect IV tems so after the story thats what i focused on. There is an auction house to sell tems and items too for in game currency. This is a COMPLETE game, with more to offer than any pokemon game at the moment so for 12$ buy this game. If you are a fan of creature collecting games and have a friend that also enjoys them, BUY THIS GAME FOR 12$! Don't have a friend but like Turn Based Combat creature collection games? Still buy this game.

Aquí además disfrutas de monturas para ir más rápido, poder sacar a tu temtem favorito de su carta y que te siga, captura de lumas (shinys), zona post juego con contenido más end-game, pases de batalla tanto gratis como de pago, incursiones... por contenido que no sea. El juego es multijugador lo que significa que tienes chat general, de comercio, ves a la gente en tu mapa corriendo con su temtem en las hierbas, puedes buscar grupo para hacer las incursiones... pero no te equivoques, puedes jugar solo a todo el contenido, si no quieres relacionarte no lo haces o si quieres jugar solo con tus amigos puedes jugar co-op. ✔️ [b]Puntos fuertes:[/b] [b]― Coop[/b] - Puedes jugar co-op la historia sin ningun problema y los momentos que quieras, no estas obligado a empezar y terminar ni con esa persona ni esperarle [b]― Combate[/b] – Muy parecido a pokemon pero con un nuevo giro, ahora tu barra azul decidirá tu estrategia [b]― Customización [/b] – Muchísima en cuanto a personaje, ropa, peinados, colores, banner de jugador... [b]― Diseño[/b] – A mi me ha encantado, es como pokemon no en diseño, pero en la sensación de que todo el mundo tiene un temtem favorito. [b]― Duración[/b] – La historia principal unas 30-40h luego tienes todo lo del end-game que es las horas que tu quieras, si quieres todos los lumas, todos los temtems, hacer incursiones... El juego cumple y tiene derecho a posicionarse al precio de los pokemons ya que también ha salido para switch, sin embargo para nosotros los de steam... ¿es un robo? para nada, yo he jugado 240h muy rentables ¿tiene un precio adecuado? a mi me parece caro, pero igual que otros juegos lo tengo claro, este es a gusto del consumidor. Lo bueno es que en oferta merece la pena. - [u][b]EL DLC NO ES NECESARIO[/b][/u] son cosmeticos y cosas extras.

I got this game on a sale for 8 dollars. and for 8 dollars, sure the game is fun. But I would absolutely not pay full price for this game. Wait for a sale. Abandoned game with kinda ugly character designs and creatures that do not really surprise me ever. Especially not when you catch a temtem and then can run into its evolution in battle not shortly after. ruins the surprise. i enjoy that this game is hard, but i also find some of the character battles to be unprompted so you do not have proper time to prepare. definitely do not play this game without a friend to co-op with. this game is not fun solo and i had way more fun playing it with a friend.

Just genuinely bad. In a world where romhacks like Reborn are free and fakemon games like cassette beast are cheaper Temtem makes the bold choice to be a generic gen 1 clone that doesn't even compare to the mediocratic ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that has been the pokemon games. Avoid, save your money and hope that pioneers at least isn't so obviously cheap in looks, gameplay and general feel.

You see the price and think to yourself that it has to be good. Then you play it, realize it’s mid, and every hope you had for it evaporates faster than your refund window. What evolution pocket game makes a majority of the creatures evolve once or not at all.
