Let me give you some advice here. DON'T buy this game for the Hentai. I mean sure, buy it for the hentai, but the game is really not about that. It's about wonderful, interesting and challenging puzzles, a deep, cryptic and philosophical story and strangely human characters. This is a beautiful game, wonderfully done The Hentai is really just a way to get you to buy the game So sure, buy it for the Hentai, but love it for the Game
Lord Azazel Group
Teleportals is a platformer puzzle game in which you'll eventually be able to drop 2 items you can teleport to on the ground, one can block projectiles and let you climb it, the other is small and lightweight. a simple concept but the levels are increasing in difficulty nicely and sometimes will test your dexterity and timing much more than your brain. I finished the game with 5hours of playtime, which is plenty enough for its low price! the Gallery isnt really lewd and censored for Steam's pleasure, Enjoy pinups having pasties on their nipples and groin! [Edit : You can actually fix the pasties I suggest you look into PixelGreed's contacts!]
Game is frustrating to play. Hitboxes are bad. Plot was terrible, you learn nothing about where the characters are or why they're there. Dialog meanders into meaningless lines of conversation constantly that isn't funny or entertaining. It tries to be way more than it is, and it is bad. Everytime the dialog went up I wanted to skip it. Most egregious mistake? Porn pictures were sub par. Better pics on the internet. PS: Here's an exploit that allows you to skip this game once you have 200+ coins: 1) click the skip level button 2)go to the main menu after you go onto new level 3) go back into the same save slot 4)your money will be restored and you still skipped a level, repeat EDIT: While I dont think this is my type of game, developer is pretty good when it comes to updating a lot of the problems I had with the game. I haven't played since, but the bug has been patched and the hitboxes have changed. Not my type of game again, but some may enjoy it.
Teleportals. I swear it's a nice game, is the second game developed and published by PixelGreeds. It’s a prequel to their first game; Yissa Deep Realms, and although they share similarities, they couldn’t be more contrasting from each other. Susan, a respected scientist who devoted her life to find a cure to a very specific stripe of the flu, one that kills relentless, finds herself in a fight against all odds to save her friend Nancy, who is running out of time. After a long day of work, Susan must rest, so she can work even harder on the next day, and finally hitting the bed sounds an unnecessary effort, but one she must do. With hopes of quickly falling asleep, she wakes up in a different realm, with strange sensations taking over her… The heat waves hit her hard and the bizarre looks of this peculiar land lead her to believe this is all a lucid dream, but it’s far from that. Teleportals. I swear it's a nice game, is a puzzle game with dialogues that entertain the player with various subjects as the story progresses. Dialogues quickly become debates about different subjects, such as movies, their interpretation, and how it defines someone. Moral choices and the greater good come to the table as well, with conflict opinions and its echo on humanity. Susan and Mikka discuss parts of life and its variations, according to the situation at the hands. While the story progresses, more and more secrets are revealed and with them, more questions are answered, through metaphors, humanitarian illustrations, and ultimately, defining not only the personality of Susan, but also Mikka's. The story progresses through conversations between Susan and Mikka, and the more one advances in the game, more we know about Mikka and its involvement with the main character, in a place where time doesn’t seem to move, but rather deteriorates one’s memory. Bruce is a good example of one's deterioration, not only mental but physical. However, unlike Mikka, Bruce is now a green box-shaped being, that will also help in this mysterious adventure. Presented through a simple pixel art that’s visually appealing and atmospheric, perfect for its setting, levels consist of platform settings, with backgrounds usually with a comforting window revealing the scenery, while leaving one wondering what lies beyond this realm. First wave of levels is set in a desert ruins, with open walls or destroyed ancient pyramid structures. As the game progresses through a rainy forest, with similar stone ruin structures, all the way up to the snowy mountains, until we finally reach our goal.Scenery change, but the details remain, slightly, and sometimes minimal, but works well, avoiding creating more confusing elements, which is the last thing everyone playing this game needs. But that’s not all the art there is to be seen… No! Naughty drawings can also be unlocked if the player gathers enough points. There are the bikini pictures and others far more adult-themed. During the campaign one earns enough points to unlock all the drawings, and a special patch is available through the official PixelGreeds discord. Drawings are obviously hand-made, and they represent aclassic approach on anime style, common in the 90’s. Uncensored images can reveal more of our protagonist in very specific moments, some actually explicit. Teleportals. I swear it's a nice game is an extremely challenging platformer, where the further you progress, the higher the challenge become. Each level consists of taking our character Susan to a Portal located somewhere in the level. Portals are protected by laser beams or destroyable rock walls, and reach it may sometimes require you to teleport using Mikka or Bruce, and sometimes both of them. There are 63 levels, in which the last five are a bonus, but their difficulty is nonetheless epic. The more you advance, the quicker you’ll need to move, as more elements come to help you and curse. Teleporting through multiple places, activating different objects to deactivate laser or destroying specific platforms is something you’ll do frequently on the last levels, and if you indeed succeed in completing them, you deserve our respect! Not forgetting of course, using our friends to help us jump higher through inertia, escaping fire projectiles or even use Mikka to destroy a deadly trap. But like Mikka says; It is what it is! Teleportals. I swear it's a nice game, it's technical on the fingers as it is in the back of your head. Although reflexes are what help you across those stressful moments, it’s logic and reasonable thinking that will determine the success of each level. The gameplay is flawless, with decent hitboxes, that were recently updated to give an even easier time to players. The overall movement will be pleasant for more demanding players, as movement, jumps and teleports are fluid and the response is accurate! If playing fast-paced platforms with keyboards are a no-no for you, don’t worry, controller support does exist, but xinput is not available at this current time. This means when plugging an xbox controller, the xbox keys won’t replace the standard keyboard keys. The controller however, is fully compatible, and the precision is what you’d expect from a full compatible game. In this strange universe, nothing is what it seems, and each chapter reveals a little more about this realm of uncertain entities. Some effects used on this game were also used on the previous released title, Yissa Deep Realms, they are after all on the same universe. A fantastic representation of what a single dedicated developer can achieve when passion drives the man. A unique fast-paced 2D platform that require quick thinking and fast fingers, accompanied with a soundtrack by electronic elements to follow the brisk of your actions. PC options are barely any existent, but toggle between Full-Screen or WIndowed is possible, as for graphics, its simplicity avoids any deep configurations, but V-Sync is enabled, and the full-screen mode scales directly to your resolution. An interesting adventure that requires thinking and some patience, with a deep, good, sometimes even humoristic story, just for 0.79$. A game that can take up to 10 hours, or much less if you’re some sort of human-cyborg, with a great eye and fast thinking. Either way, Teleportals. I swear it's a nice game, it’s actually a pretty nice game!
(Got this game for free from Zaraki Snakenoman. Thanks, dude!)
It swore it was a nice game...it IS a nice game, right?
Teleportals. I swear it's a nice game is a game that probably should have stayed known as "Teleportals"...but I will admit that this way it is more memorable. You play as a doctor who's trying to save the life of her colleague (yuri girlfriend?), but winds up in a strange limbo-ish world that she mistakes for a dream (since she's still wearing her nightgown with no recollection of how she got there). But to find your way out, she meets a movie obsessed ball and a silent "companion" of a cube (see what I did there?~) that help her to the exit by working as teleport points, which helps you with puzzles and to disabled harmful mechanisms (unless they're lasers or spikes). Of course, the story focuses on some philosophy and ethics along the way. As you can guess and as I've said earlier, Teleportals. I swear it's a nice game is a puzzle game that focuses on teleportation-based puzzles. The puzles definitely range from really easy to super hard (as the store page description promises. It seems to be a matter of perspective most of the time, but most of the levels can be completed simply...but if you happen to have any troublewith a level, you can always skip it at the cost of 200 orbs....which you obtain simply by finishing levels. If you end up needing more, you can always earn more on another profile (orbs are cumulative from all accounts). Of course, you can also spend your orbs on some ecchi/hentai images of the protagonists. So...do I recommend it? Does this game hold up to its promise of being a nice game? Yeah, it's pretty tight. A good teleporter puzzle game for a super cheap price of only $1...58 main campaign levels with 5 bonus for a total of 63 levels? Puzzles, witty banter based on philosophy, and some tasteful images in the gallery. Can't really go wrong with this game. 8/10
Came for the hentai Stayed because i had to do puzzles to earn points for more hentai 11/10 (Actually a pretty good game though)
The title, the screenshots, or the description, combined with huge numer of positive reviews, makes you think this is some kind of low quality game with "memes", or something that would force people to post "funny" reviews. I actually played Teleportals for a while before looking at reviews... and wow, I'm the only one who have a great time playing this game? No, there are lots of reviews like this one. This game makes an impression of a bad game, while actually this is a hidden gem. The puzzles are top tier, the story is actually interesting. I like the way you use earned coins: you can either get a help and skip a level, or buy some lewd stuff. I bet many of us will learn how to beat harder levels without any help xD I really hope to see more games coming from PixelGreeds.
I think the one thing that will stray people away from this game is the nudity. Some people want that, but others just wanna have some platforming. For those of you who are those kind of people, the nudity is only in a specific gallery in which you choose to look at, and you can turn off the option to even see the gallery in the main menu by pressing 7. Now, for the game, yeah, it's pretty good. It manages to be a puzzle game while still forcing players to have some mechanical skill. The music is extremely nice, and fits with the theme. The art, levels and stuff are all nice. Story is weird, but you can just skip past all of the story parts. Pretty nice.
Well... That happened. 'Teleportals. I swear it's a nice game' is a 2d puzzle platformer with balls, boxes, boobs, and teleporting. Difficulty ranges from easy to... Hard. Beat it in 4 hours using a game controller. You're getting what you pay for. It's a small indy game with puzzles, puzzles, and more puzzles. Between the puzzles there's some funny, philosophical, and sometimes long-winded dialogue. If you get stuck, you can use 'points' you accumulate to skip levels. Otherwise you can use those points to unlock pics on the gallery. And that gallery is kinky. There are 58 levels+ bonus extra-hard levels. I couldn't beat the extra hard ones as of this review. There are achievements you can earn and all but one are easily attainable. The music isn't anything to remember in the long run. It gets the job done in-game. The art is... there. Yeah. It's there. The graphics do their job. Controls are explained through what keyboard keys to press, and the game is originally meant to be played on keyboard. If you're using a controller you'll have to figure out what you're meant to press on your own. It's not that hard to sort. Under options you can customize the keyboard but you can't do this with the controller. IMHO, I had an easier time using the game controller and stuck with it. You can play in 9 different languages! Some are fan translations. There is an 18+ patch for free in the community forums. It's a decent game. Good enough. The main puzzles are challenging, the special levels at the end are borderline impossible, and it'll keep you entertained. Keep in mind this isn't some high end, triple A, five-star title. Teleportals is a dollar and you've probably found this by feeling around through the scum at the the bottom of the gaming barrel for something playable. Can sufficiently say Teleportals is entirely playable, does what it says it does, the dialogue is entertaining, and the gameplay works. I experienced no bugs while playing and it was worth the dollar.
