I love the Turtles
A great beat 'em up, though I will say, the only real criticism I have is the Dimension Shellshock survival mode. It's not fun... IF you play it by yourself, you will get your ass handed to you very quickly, even IF you pick a strong character. If you do want to play the Survival mode, make sure you have some friends to play with, it was clearly designed with co-op in mind, just like the game itself.

The true sequel to Turtles in Time that improves upon everything that were established before while adding new stuff and refining the formula. Online Multiplayer with cross-play WITH Playable Splinter and April as well as tons of references to the 80s show on top of the amazing soundtrack by Tee Lopes is just the cherry on top. Recommended to all the Turtle heads out there! Now if only we could get a similar cell shaded game with the gameplay, art style and mechanics of the 2003 Turtles games that are refined and improved. Pleaseeee? A man can dream.

▷평점 : ★★★★☆ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge 2022년에 출시한 액션 게임. 한 때, 오락실에서 유행했었던 '오락실 닌자거북이'를 모티브로 한 게임이다. 그나마 차별성이라면 아래와 같다. - 도전 과제 - 여러 캐릭터 - 필살기 게이지 - 멀티 플레이 지원 - 챕터를 직접 선택할 수 있는 기능 (*슈퍼마리오처럼) 딱 여기까지고, 실제 게임 체감은 '오락실 닌자거북이'보다 다소 떨어진다. 다양한 기믹 요소나 컨트롤 요소를 넣으려고 했던 것은 맞는데, 뭔가 오리지널보다 떨어진다는 느낌을 받았다. 스토리도 뭔가 무미건조했고, 등장하는 '보스' 또한, '오락실 닌자거북이'를 추억하게 만들려고 했는지 몰라도 너무 뜬금포로 등장해서 개연성이 좀 떨어졌다. 플레이 타임은 엔딩기준 약 2~3시간 내외로 클리어할 수 있다. 그나마 도전과제 노가다를 하려면 시간이 +@가 될 수 있지만, 사실상.. 도전과제 의미가 있을까 싶었다. 전체적인 게임 완성도는 나쁘지 않기 때문에 5점 만점에, 4점으로 표현했다. ▷그 외 멀티가 잘 안 잡힘. 가끔 잡혀서 게임할 수 있는데, Ping상태가 안 좋을 수 있다.
The game is overall good. It brought back nostalgia from when I used to play TMNT on the GBA. However, I have a small issue: for someone using a keyboard, the controls are a bit difficult since I usually use WASD for movement 😹 That’s the only problem aside from that, the game is peak.
If this would have come out in 1991 I'd probably have really loved it. I played the original 1989 arcade game a bunch, and this is better than the original arcade game in most ways. But come on guys, it's 37 years past that and we deserve a better beat 'em up by now. I love beat 'em up games- it's one of my very favorite genres, and we should be able to do much, much better. The graphics in this game are terrible, but more importantly every time I play it I get bored. It's just not fun. This game can't hold a candle to games like Streets of Rage 2, Streets of Rage 4, Double Dragon Neon, The Dishwasher, or River City Girls 1 & 2 to name a few. Do better for us please. It does feel like the original, but we want much better than the original after all these years.
