Lady Tallowmere's kittens have been acting strange. Still, the dungeon's rituals must be carried out. Despite the unusual circumstances, how many rooms can you clear?

Crash simulator. This thing crashes every 30 minutes or so. I'm getting so frustrated. To a great degree, this game feels like an attempt at expanding on the original, but still needs a lot of work in stability and balancing with the weapons, kitty powers, time-wasting presentation, and so forth. Literally no reason to have to port back to base to talk to the healer and click through dialogue boxes to get healed, when it's a central aspect of the game strategy. No reason you can't just walk over the town portal and get a heal. This game is very self-indulgent with presentations, dialogue boxes, dragged-out animation, etc. It's good, but unless it gets major work I can't recommend. I feel it has potential and I'll check it out in a few months and revise this review if appropriate. Right now it's a "wishlish and watch" kinda game. I'd hold off. edit: I played a bit more and learned there's a manual Save function. That helped me from losing progress from crashes, but really the game should do it automatically. But as I played past level 20 I started to get more and more crashes to the point of absurdity. Even with all the options at lowest it's still laggy and constantly crashes or even hangs. And it became apparent to me that RNG plays a huge role in success early on, and balance is way out of whack. You need to get good "kitties" which are random power-ups you get as you save kittens. I had a run where there were speed upgrades and +20 health... so literally no help at all. I had another run where I had TWO thunder clouds following me and my body emitted static pulses, and I blasted to Level 25 without even trying. By then I was so bored with the repetition I did that thing where you play carelessly so you get knocked out. Dev has taken this concept as far as it can go. Try the original and skip this one.
Che stupidaggine.
Very fun and different Indy game. I have purchased and played Tallowmere I and II. Love them both. RNG weapons and levels never the same game twice.
