Good game
Absolutely amazing game. Its unfortunate it was overshadowed by a lot of other releases recently. I don't have many complaints about this game at all. Honestly, this may be one of my favorite games of all time, its that good. It had a great main story and side quests that were interesting and engaging. Combat was fun and there are a lot of things to experiment with different skill trees, weapons and armor. I enjoyed exploring all the areas. They were all different and unique in their own way. If you're an RPG fan I highly recommend buying this game whether its on sale or not.
When this game came out it had great potential to be legendary, but performance issues at medium settings just kills it for me, meanwhile I can run Crimson Desert at Medium-High settings at 50PFS, so I'm shelving it until devs work on it...I can't recommend it as it is right now as these issues really does tank the experience, but it could be a great game
Played the demo and it had enough old-school Elder Scrolls vibes for me to pick up the game on sale. Now over 5 hours in and it's like an older Elder Scrolls game with some heavy Witcher DNA. So far at least it's been rather dark- it has that "Dirty, grimy" feel of the Witcher but with a lot of the ES trappings. Been doing lots of sneaky thief stuff, cooking, and alchemy while exploring. Exploring has been great as you can find some cool stuff by searching behind/under/above everything. The story so far is interesting and I honestly know VERY little of the Arthurian Legends but it does seem to overlap a bit with the Witcher Stuff, even down to certain enemy types. Don't think i've made any major story/plot decisions but the smaller stuff has been interesting with some cool plot twists and some definite unintended consequences. So far I've been very happy with it. It can take a little bit to get out of the "starter tutorial" area but it wasn't too bad and that sort of thing is usually par-for-the-course with bigger RPGs. I'll likely update later but I've been very impressed so far. Some wild-looking stuff, too. Some of the creepier-looking things I've seen remind me a lot of the Souls Series. Oh- and the skill-trees are massive. Not sure how many points you end up getting but each "attribute" (strength, dex, etc) has a few trees and the build seems very good. Been doing a sneaky thief/mage so far but it looks like you could do a ton of different builds.
Incredible game! Interesting story, really good setting. Multiple paths to take, you can pretty much kill everyone if you decide and it will affect how some npc's react to you, not only in the attack you right away kind of reaction but also through dialogue The graphics are nothing to write home about but the level design makes up for it, some places look truly beautiful. It has a ton of build diversity, you can become really overpowered if you wish to. Played the first time as a mage and there are a ton of spells to try with weapon combos. The talent tree is also very diverse so you can spec into multiple stuff. The soundtrack is another high point, even the ambient music is really good. Can't recommend this game enough, if you are a fan of Elder Scrolls and such you will love this, it even has some jank just like those games! no crashes tho! (at least not for me) Time to hunt the achievements!
..... Estaré al pendiente.
A wonderfully fun game. It has a little jank to it, but the jank doesn't interfere with enjoying the game. The world building/story was interesting too. I only had one crash in about 70 hours of gameplay, which is very good for a game like this. Definitely worth getting if you like Oblivion or Skyrim
Its much better then it looks at first glance Almost refunded because of 1st region, but everything after it is pure joy
