About
The soft-ware initially presents information about SYMPTOMS OF INFECTION.
This presentation is crucial to approach the initial phase of DIAGNOSIS, TESTING and DISPOSITION:
During DIAGNOSIS,
Examine the patient visually
Interview them
Run tests
During TESTING,
Allow the LAM-ORB Mainframe to process tests
Initially users of the soft-ware will be of low-priority to the Mainframe
You may request to EXPEDITE processing to the Mainframe, every click counts
During DISPOSITION,
Make sure you identify all SYMPTOMS OF INFECTION
Make sure you indicate the finding of infectious patterns or pathogens in the tests
ATTENTION: Some patients may present comorbidities or symptoms that not necessesarily represent an underlying disease.
Every and all infected patients, no matter the nature of their infection, must be held in the ISOLATION WARD for further evaluation and treatment.
While common infections like bacterial ones are widely understood and well-know across both the medical field and the world population, some infectious pathogens and diseases remain unknown.
And while the discovery of new pathogens and diseases is by itself of major relevance to public healthcare; a small fraction of unknown, sometimes horrifying, infectious pathogens and diseases are studied in the background by both public and private institutions like LAM-ORB.
When the ISOLATION WARD reaches full capacity, a DISINFECTION PROCEDURE is scheduled. Full information of the disease and treatment indications are given, and the procedure is performed on the patient.
The soft-ware tries to emulate as close as possible the experience, technology, and findings of the LAM-ORB organization's research during the 1970s. Rumors about the reason of the sudden disappearance of the organization include human experimentation, chimeric pathogen development, and secret medical research.

even tho its short, its still amazing. I really hope, more will come.
Fun but very short at the moment. I hope that there will be more content in the future.
Short but sweet horror game. Really engaging for how long it is, definitely recommended.

Very, very good for how early in development this game is! The style hits its mark perfectly, the low-fidelity and general Old DOS Game Vibes are spot-on. Can't wait to see where it goes!
while i like the aesthetic of the game it sorely needs sound options, like for volume. i like it conceptually but i really don't like how linear the 'gameplay' is? let me get something wrong, or at least pretend i have any control over what happens to the patients. will keep an eye on it to see how it evolves. solid 6/10 for now
Ended up in a purgatory loop where I kept getting patients nonstop without any way to lose or win. I think this game needs more time to bake in the oven (it's Early Access after all) but it looks promising.
This game, as still being in early access, is awesome. The game play loop is fun and different enough as is to suck you in. I can't wait to see the full release, whenever it happens! The body horror/art is perfectly creepy, and also, I'm sorry for potential spoilers but I kind love tom toe. For the price it is, you absolutely can't go wrong.
A very short but enjoyable game that has atmosphere to the nines. This is very much designed as a Commodore 64 game, and stays true to that design throughout. I can only imagine the absolute horror this game would've wrought had it really been made in the early 80s. That being said, there is very little actual gameplay beyond tightly scripted events that almost universally have the same outcome, and very little room for error, as the game plays, to this point at least, as a "click to see what happens next" kind of thing. GIven that it's early access, I'll give it a tentative "yes" and see where this goes from here. Somewhere not too much deeper in this is a potentially stellar horror game, and I hope the developers continue to work on it
for now its short since yk early access but its soooooooooo cool
Really good game, watched a youtube gameplay and inmediately went to their steam page to take a peek, seeing how cheap it is i didnt flinch when adding it to my shopping cart. The story is good, still feels a bit incomplete but i have high hopes for this game, gameplay wise it was really good, i love that the game actually feels like a medical training program
