Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Sep 7 → 24.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Construct life-support systems, power grids, domes, and supply chains, and keep them running, because blackouts on a planet without oxygen are never a good idea. And you’re not alone. With the included ‘Space Race’ expansion, rival colonies backed by competing sponsors add even more pressure as you fight for resources and the future of Mars.

Balance critical resources like oxygen, water, power, and food to keep your colony alive. Drones build and maintain your infrastructure, while the revamped ‘Martian Express’ adds trains that move people and supplies across longer distances. Every colonist has their own needs and behaviors and smart management is essential for their survival.

Advance your colony through a deep research system that unlocks new buildings, production methods, and essential upgrades. Discover breakthroughs, resources, and hidden secrets reaching ‘Below & Beyond’ the Martian surface. With randomized maps, varied sponsors, and unpredictable Mysteries, every playthrough offers new challenges, and every decision shapes your story of survival and growth on Mars.

Terraforming is no longer a distant dream, it’s your next challenge. With the included ‘Green Planet’ expansion, you can engineer Mars into a more habitable world. As the environment transforms, introduce animal life with ‘Project Laika’, bringing the first creatures to thrive alongside your colonists. The future of Mars isn’t just survival, it’s building a self-sustaining, living planet.

Muito caro pelo que oferece. As pequenas mudanças de textura não valem a pena. Infelizmente, não dá pra recomendar.
I was excited about this relaunch. But as I got into the game there was just signs of lazy dev stuff. This is the time to shine devs, and you ♥♥♥♥ the bed. Here is why im refunding: 1. Softlocks all over the game. Hitting buttons over and over, and nothing happens. At the start of the tutorial, the rocket took 5 mins to land, and i had the game sped up. I was wondering if the game locked or what. 2. Lazy narration. I dont mind the voice is AI. But, he only reads the first sentence in the tutorial topics. Why tee me up with a voice and then make me read another paragraphs. Finish your voice over tickets in your basecamp manager when making a game. 3. Jerky movement and jumping. I have a blazing wifi and a fast cpu rig. This shouldnt happen. Overall this game cost is far too expensive for me to overlook these common things. If the game was $10-$15 i wouldnt complain. This is a $40+ game in the AAA range for titles. The gameplay should be flawless at this price for what your game is. For those thinking of buying it. I would say wait for a big sale. Right now, this aint worth $40.

The game had a rough start because the returning devs (Haemimont) bundled the DLCs that were hacked together for the original by a 3rd party studio and had negative reviews. It took a year to mostly clean them up for this relaunch. Trains are finally useful and with the latest update there is a reason to go underground for high end upgrades. I like the new tech tree as it adds another layer of decisions to make. Overall really enjoying the game but still running into bugs.
Well this game sucks, it has a tone of horribly designed systems, the game loop is terrible, keeping citizens happy nearly impossible, youll never have enough workers, and if you piss off the wrong faction youll spend 25 sols fighting them off while they destroy literally everything you built in your play through to the point where you have no resources to repair anything any more and zero money from flying in more resources. This is a horrible game, horrible systems, very poorly designed and balanced, horrible game events such as the one I delt with. Do not waste your money there are dozens of games that are significantly better then this one.
It’s hard to recommend this game, but I have to be honest. I really enjoyed the time I spent playing it. I liked it a lot and had a great time; I’d even say I was hooked. However, I agree that re-releasing the game was a truly negative and unfair move toward those who already owned the previous version. I don't agree with that practice, and I admit I’m not sure if I would actually buy something like this again myself. But honestly, the game is good. It ran perfectly on my PC without any issues. It’s also still receiving updates. So, it certainly has its upsides. Especially for those who don't own the original game and really enjoy the genre, I think buying this one could be a great choice.
Despite playing survival games from time to time, I’m not really interested in the hardcore survival side of things. Surviving Mars has plenty of ways to soften or boost those mechanics (though the easier options disable achievements), and I mainly play it for the city‑builder aspect anyway. The standout part of the game — just like in the original — is the music. I really like having in‑game radio in any game, and Surviving Mars does it well. The DJs can be a little annoying at times, but it’s still great having that immersive background radio “keeping you company” while you build. It’s one of the hooks that kept me interested. Relaunched includes everything from the original in one package, with updated graphics and DLC that doesn’t crash the game. I sunk 200 hours into it to relive the original experience in a more stable, modern form. It’s not quite what I want from a Mars city‑building game, but once you tone down the more annoying survival elements, it more than kills some time. If you prefer challenge, that exists within the game too. Recommended. PS I have ultimate edition.
O Jogo é praticamente igual ao modelo original, traz poucas ou nenhuma novidade. Achei o original melhor inclusive.
Here's the deal - I love surviving mars. It's one of my absolute favorite games, even with all of the troubles it had the first go around. I love this one too - but I love it for what it is - the same thing I'm used to. In my experience so far, this "relaunch" has done nothing to actually improve on the issues of the old game. It has done nothing to really "expand" the game, and the politics portion has some potential, but all it really seems to do is get in the way. Grab it on super sale, but don't pay full price for this. It's not worth it. At all.
TL;DR: Get this if you haven't played the original, or wait for deep discount if you've bought the original game. I bought the original game, but not all of the DLCs. So when I bought this game, I expected this game to be bug-free and better integration between the DLCs. But no, I was disappointed. Despite the performance uplift compared to the original, even with the latest 1.0.6 patch there are still a lot of bugs (mostly minor, but I've experienced several game breaking bugs) and the asteroid & underground DLC feel like it was just slapped onto the original game because the new 'exotic mineral' is only used very rarely despite the troubles you need to go through to get even a small amount of them. But to me, the bigger issue is the game progression. No matter what difficulty you choose, once you're able to make the colony self-sustaining, the rest of the game would be a breeze as it's only a matter of adding more population and buildings. This would be exacerbated if you're lucky with the breakthrough selections, as some are definitely more powerful / useful than the rest.
Hello everyone. I want to warn everyone who is planning to buy this game. The game is no different from the first part, it's just a waste of money! 1) The first game has a lot more content in the workshop, and that's cool, but the new one has almost nothing, and this is a huge drawback, since all the add-ons, well, not really, and buying this game just for them is just so-so. 2) You can buy the game as a regular or super version, and in the super version you will have access to the add-ons that will be (but you simply won't live to see them)!!!!!!!!!!!! Why yes, because we always do all this and nothing but add nothing. They could at least add a new development tree, somehow little by little, to bring back the audience, but this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nothing new! Only mods save the day. 3) Honestly, you don't need diplomacy at all, or at least you'll go there once a year to upgrade the ability to buy science and you understand everything, so what's the point! But it's not there, I don't understand why the developers just released the same game again. It's such a shame. I loved it and waited and waited, but in the end the game went downhill and almost no one needs it. Thank you for killing it.
