Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Sep 7 → 24.57/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome home! The award-winning sci-fi city builder is back - remastered, expanded, and more stunning than ever. Your mission: colonize Mars and survive the process, from exploration and infrastructure to welcoming human colonists and achieving long-term stability. There are new challenges to overcome, new strategies to plan, and now with an upgraded look and feel for a new generation of explorers.
All you need for this relaunched mission to create a thriving Martian settlement is a steady supply of resources, oxygen, decades of training, experience with sandstorms… and a curious attitude to discover the purpose of those weird black cubes that appeared out of nowhere. With a bit of sprucing up, this place is going to be awesome!
Surviving Mars: Relaunched brings together the original colony management game from Haemimont Games, its entire catalogue of expansions, improved and reworked, from major expansions to cosmetics and radio stations, as well as the all-new Martian Assembly update. Upgraded graphics together with updated UI will give veteran players the definitive Surviving Mars experience, and provide an ideal launch point for new commanders as well.
Are you ready? Mars is waiting for you.
The new Martian Assembly brings an expanded endgame challenge never seen in the original. Shape your Martian society through laws. Balance the needs and demands of your colonists, keep the peace and develop a long-term plan for Mars - up to and including independence from Earth!

Building a thriving colony on a planet not fit for human life brings its own challenges. Construct life-support systems, power grids, domes, and supply chains, and keep them running, because blackouts on a planet without oxygen are never a good idea. And you’re not alone. With the included ‘Space Race’ expansion, rival colonies backed by competing sponsors add even more pressure as you fight for resources and the future of Mars.

Balance critical resources like oxygen, water, power, and food to keep your colony alive. Drones build and maintain your infrastructure, while the revamped ‘Martian Express’ adds trains that move people and supplies across longer distances. Every colonist has their own needs and behaviors and smart management is essential for their survival.

Advance your colony through a deep research system that unlocks new buildings, production methods, and essential upgrades. Discover breakthroughs, resources, and hidden secrets reaching ‘Below & Beyond’ the Martian surface. With randomized maps, varied sponsors, and unpredictable Mysteries, every playthrough offers new challenges, and every decision shapes your story of survival and growth on Mars.

Terraforming is no longer a distant dream, it’s your next challenge. With the included ‘Green Planet’ expansion, you can engineer Mars into a more habitable world. As the environment transforms, introduce animal life with ‘Project Laika’, bringing the first creatures to thrive alongside your colonists. The future of Mars isn’t just survival, it’s building a self-sustaining, living planet.

Good game, though a bit buggy here and there. Compared to the launch I'd say it is ok, i dont really mind they rereleased the game but i think they should have made sure the game is playable AND replayable and add new meaningful content. The game itself is good, has a huge potential, I just hope it will be properly updated with new content to either add or change the gameplay at some point.
I'm going to give this a yes purely because the devs are continuing to revamp the game design this many years later. Will they be successful? No idea. But trying to fix their predecessors mistakes and bring some new ideas into the mix is commendable.

This is one of the best colony sim management games I've played. Pros: -One of the smoothest management games from beginning to the end. Most games of this genre fall off hard towards the end or have a rough beginning. There's constant missions or story quests that continue to pop up. -The terraforming aspect is cool. It's fun to watch the surface change and feel like you are creating a whole new Earth. -Tons of different difficulties and "mysteries" or quests that affect your game. Making for a lot of replay-ability. -Just the right amount of stuff to manage to where you are constantly doing something, but not overwhelmed. (also goes into my cons about difficulty) -Tons of mods that can be viewed from the main menu. Cons: -Some aspects feel a little useless. Asteroids and the underground feel lacking. There's really no reason to have a colony on an asteroid or underground and the asteroids become useless after you've collected enough materials -Not enough workload late game for colonists to do. While there is still plenty to do towards the late game, I found my colonists became useless and just got mad because they were all unemployed. You can unlock a lot of perks that automate the workload, which just leaves your colonists with nothing to do. -There's no real sense of challenge as the game goes on. I haven't played a super challenging map yet, but I still imagine the game is pretty hard to fail. My first game was one of the story quests where you basically get completely wiped out and I still came back from it no problem. Great game that is fleshed out more than most. However, as a side tangent, the DLC doesn't look great. Wish they were more focused on interacting with other colonies or making the underground or asteroids more fleshed out.
I really have enjoyed this game so far. I've got about 21 hours into it. I play Cities Skylines 2 a lot (same publisher) and I love the simulation mechanics behind the games. There's so much you need to be mindful of. However, my one and only complaint to this game is that I felt like if one thing failed 20 things failed, and it became super overwhelming. However, that's representative of real life honestly. So I can't even hate. I played my first Colony and got 20 hours in and failed. If I had ANY recommendations to make, please make it just a little easier to manufacture electronics. I struggled with this tremendously and I truly believe this is why I failed.
I think it’s generally a good game. If you don’t own the original version like I do, I’d probably recommend the relaunched version. I can’t say I’d pay full price for the relaunched version, especially if you own the original version. In the original version, I found the optional solution was to do away with all the humans (with their problems) and just have a civilization of androids. Androids are more energy efficient... why care about things like breathable air, food, and water, mortality, etc on Mars if you can have a civilization doesn’t need them.
I'm excited to see where they take it (the original was already a really fun experience).
