About
Super Meat Boy 3D is a tough as nails platformer where you play as an animated cube of meat who's trying to save his girlfriend (who happens to be made of bandages) from an evil fetus in a jar wearing a tux – IN 3D!
Our meaty hero will leap from walls, over seas of buzz saws, through crumbling caves and pools of old trash sacrificing his own well-being to save his damsel in distress – IN 3D!
Super Meat Boy 3D brings the old school difficulty of classic retro titles we all know and love and streamlines them down to the essential no bull straight forward twitch reflex platforming. Ramping up in difficulty from hard to soul crushing Meat Boy will brave lush (but also on fire) forests, vast dumps filled with the waste of mankind, and high-tech forges producing the very traps that will inevitably kill Meat Boy over and over and over - IN 3D!
And if a bunch of levels weren't enough, we also have epic boss fights and tons of unlockable secrets – IN 3D!

Tough-as-nails precision platforming action
Brutal, but fair levels designed to break you.
Boss. Fights.
Dark World levels so tough, you'll scream in the rain at a bus stop.
A soundtrack that was once described by a Guitar Center employee as “hey, either buy the guitars or get out. We’re seriously going to call the cops!”
3D!

what a game awesome bosses and levels

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Один из лучших платформеров, в который я когда-либо играл
I personally loved this game, and I don't really get why others are so mixed on it. Sure, there are shortcomings. The spotty depth perception is sometimes irritating in the harder, later stages (especially if you prefer to play without the little circle indicator under Meat Boy, like I do). The cutscenes, while fun, have audio issues all over the place, feel a smidgen rushed here and there, and appear to be running at way lower fps than the rest of the game in a jarring manner (not sure why they can't run faster, but whatever). I did miss the old soundtrack quite a bit, but I get why it's not there, what with the legal hurdles/hoops they'd have to jump through to get that back in. And finally: yes, it's not as challenging as OG Meat Boy. No doubt. Still, I think this is well adapted for 3D, and as a diehard fan of the original, it was such a treat just to see Meat Boy visually jump into the third dimension regardless. I think if they make another one like this, they should focus on subtler ways of improving depth perception, get the cut scenes up to snuff, and try to get some of the team behind the OG involved. McMillen is too good, and I could sometimes feel his presence missing from this title. One other element I personally appreciated about this game, that is worth pointing out: as a new dad, I really like being able to make meaningful progress in small, sporadic gaming sessions (dads, we get interrupted a lot, don't we? Oh yeah, big time). So overall, this is a must own if you liked the original in any way--at least to me.
one of my favorite super meat boy games and is really fun but can be anoying and almost made me break my moniter 10/10 game
It is fun but I find myself fighting camera angle and 3D more than traps. The spirit of the game is there but graphics is a bit bland and levels are not tested well. In example, you can jump off the rear wall of the block skipping any traps. Then what is the point of the level design if I can skip hard parts? It's a shame that this one is not as polished as first Super Meat Boy. https://store.steampowered.com/app/40800/Super_Meat_Boy/
cara que jogo bom, me diverti muito pegando os personagens e consiguindo A+ nas fases!
très bon jeu Super Meat Boy même si j'ai très souvent l'impression qu'on perd cette notion de précision et que c'est plus a faire au feeling
Controls are tight. Worthy successor to the OG
