Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 8.57/day in the week to Sep 1 → 10.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

really enjoying myself so far - seems to be less scary than Subnautica (so far) but I'm liking the plot and having fun
olid game. I really enjoyed the first Subnautica, so I wanted to try this one as well. Compared to the first game, this one has a smaller map but more abandoned bases, many of them located above the surface. The graphics are good, and the story is decently executed, although it feels slightly unfinished. This time, the developers tried to tell a more linear story than in the first game, which may or may not be a good thing depending on the player. The story also seems to be split into two separate plotlines, and I think one of them is not fully developed and is overshadowed by the other. It almost feels like the developers wanted to tell one story but added another one later just to give the main character a reason to visit the planet. That idea is fine, but I think it needed slightly better execution. The main downside of this game, in my opinion, is that the vehicles were heavily nerfed. For example, the Prawn Suit can no longer build momentum with the Grappling Arm and Jump Jet Upgrade, making it feel much slower and less enjoyable to use. The first game felt much more mysterious and full of unanswered questions. As a player, you had to explore the world and discover clues on your own with very little guidance from the radio. In contrast, Below Zero gives you coordinates for almost every major location, so exploration feels much less rewarding. The world also feels less empty and less scary, but more alive. Despite these issues, the core gameplay is still excellent. If you enjoyed the first Subnautica, I would definitely recommend giving Below Zero a try. It has some flaws, but overall I still think it is a good game. 7.5/10.

good game. smaller map than Subnautica 1, but more condensed
Usually I play games and reach 100 hours before reviewing, however I beat Below Zero at 54 hours. It's a fun game, just like subnautica you must search for equipment and supplies to build what you need. Resources are easier to find with the new tools at your disposal. The only thing I found missing are better creature decoys. I know there are flares and thumpers but it would be nice to have a decoy like the first game, a moving torpedo. But instead make it fish shaped so it can keep moving in the direction you fired, moving the threat or predator that's chasing you away, giving a better chance to escape, or sneak by. It would have also been nice when raising and releasing your own sea monkeys they would collect resources for you while your out and about. The game felt a little shorter than the first but I feel it's because players are already comfortable diving in, and had an idea what to do. Still fun game tho.
