Storm Chasers: Tornado Islands

This game is trying to be too many different games at once. It's not terrible, but I found it annoying.

Fantastic Match 3 game with hidden object scenes, Mahjong, and easy puzzles. The story is barely an excuse for the game play and visuals (which are very pretty) but I wasn't expecting a saga anyway. The music is light and airy, and doesn't get in the way of the game. There are two modes of play- relaxed and timed. Once the main game is over, one can play challenge levels. It is currently on sale for $0.49 and well worth it for some relaxed playing. :) Correction: It was on sale for $0.49. It is back to $6.99... as nice as this game is, I would still wait for a sale.

Mir gefällt der Ansatz schon sehr gut :) Gerne mehr so Spiele, die verschiedenes vereinen. Neben Match-3 gibt es auch Mahjong, Memory, Wimmelbilder etc., kleine Rätsel, das Ressourcen sammeln, den Dorfaufbau, die Geschichte selbst... Die Match-3-Level sind interessant gemacht. :) Wunsch: Sammelkarten, Steam-Errungenschaften

中下之作, 有點悶。 太多礙事的設定, 例如: 看不到方塊是甚麼、技能不會自動補充。 不知道為何要幫別人建造村莊, 完全不覺得建築物有效果。

In this video I take a look at Storm Chasers: Tornado Islands, a match three adventure game. This game has decent story propelled by match three gameplay with the odd mini game. Once you make the alien village you can begin collecting resources through the match three games to help rebuild. It has all the usual game obstacles plus vines which can grow across the board if you don't make matches to remove them plus the buffs in this game, once unlocked, can only be earnt in gameplay by moving them to the bottom of the board when they appear. These differences give it a unique feel keeping it fresh and fun. It's quite a nice title so take a look. if you think steampunk is cute and want to play match 3 mixed with a little bit of hidden objects and some easy minigames, this is for you. The art is beautiful! Some of the tiles were a little too similar to others for my taste but it didn't ruin the game. I played on casual so i wouldn't know anything about how challenging it is. Other than the art it's rather run of the mill, so I recommend getting it on sale.

Very nice game with a variety of hidden object, mahjong and match 3 puzzles. I would like to play more games like this one.
