Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
This classic style RTS is a passion project with tons of ship customization and complete 3D space movement. It features several automation options so that players can choose to automate part of their RTS experience, which is ideal for us who love space battles but who dislike having to do 50 things at once!
Inspired by RTS games such as Red Alert, Homeworld and Supreme Commander. Find loot, compose your fleet and use it to face off against other players or the AI in this unique sci-fi experience!
Build an economy, build a base, capture space stations and spawn units to fight the enemy. Stellar Warfare plays very similar to how Red Alert used to play, but with tons of building and unit options!
Enemies you destroy occasionally drop blueprints for ship frames, weapons or modules. You can use these to modify your units and compose a fleet to defeat your opponents with.

These units can then be bought in-game like you would in a traditional RTS. The big difference is that these units are tailored to your own play-style. Fast raiders, tanky bruisers, building killing sneaky units or swarms of small ships are all possible!
There are currently 60 ship frames, 50 weapons and 25 modules to find which result in over a million possible combinations!
Power-plants, refineries, turrets, resource enhancers, artillery buildings, repair stations and many more. Choose from over 40 buildings to place & 5 different neutral buildings to capture.
Singleplayer wave defense, campaignette, base assault and skirmish
Multiplayer skirmish and battle royale
Coop wave defense (added by community request)

Karışık görünüyor gibi. Ama keyifli oyun
Stellar Warfare had a lot of potential, but the current balance completely kills what should be the most important part of the game: space battles. The ship customization system is still one of the game's strongest features. Designing your own ships, experimenting with different weapons, and creating specialized fleets is genuinely fun. Unfortunately, there is almost no reason to actually use those ships once you understand the current meta. Right now, ship combat is practically nonexistent. The entire game revolves around turret crawling and Sunthrowers, especially in multiplayer. Instead of building fleets and fighting over space, players simply keep pushing forward with Surveyors, dropping defensive structures everywhere until they slowly crawl across the map. It is incredibly repetitive and removes almost all strategic depth. The biggest problem is that static defenses are simply far too efficient. Turrets are cheap, quick to deploy, and can be built almost anywhere with a Surveyor. Meanwhile, ships require resources, travel time, and production time, and they also need to be accompanied by other ships because anti-building units cannot defend themselves effectively. There is almost never a situation where investing into a proper fleet is the better choice. Sending another Surveyor and building more turrets is usually the stronger and much safer option. The AI does not help either. Regardless of difficulty, it follows almost the exact same patterns every match. Early on it sends a few harassment ships, later it often attacks with individual ships as soon as they finish building, making them easy to destroy one by one. Eventually it falls back to the exact same turret crawl strategy that dominates multiplayer. Different AI personalities barely feel different at all. Visually, the game still looks great, and the weapon variety is genuinely enjoyable. However, none of that matters when there is essentially only one effective way to play. A strategy game should encourage different approaches and reward creative fleet compositions. Instead, the current balance heavily favors static defenses and turret spam, making ship combat feel almost irrelevant. At the moment, I cannot recommend the game. It has a solid foundation, but until turret crawling and the overall balance are addressed, matches become repetitive very quickly and the game loses much of what made it appealing in the first place.

Great space RTS, played with a friend and had lots of fun Ran smoothly with no issues
Currently not worth the 20 euros it costs. It has potential, but now it's imho nearly unplayable. My biggest complaint are the controls. They feel bad, like really bad. Whole game is in 3d, yet the controls are suitable for 2d at most, and even then they would be bad. You are not able to easily move in the 3d space. You have no idea where on the Z axis anything is. All movement and contruction is done on a 2D plane, with optional move on the Z axis, but you have no idea where youre acutally placing something. If the controls would change drastically, it would be good. I tried their campaignette, and I must say the 3rd mission is just garbage. I have no idea why the devs tried to make 3rd person flying shooter in RTS game. The controls, again, just suck. The mouse movement is too large and the ship is not even shooting where you're aiming. One of inspirations this game had was supreme commander. I don't see it anywhere. Maybe it's supposed to be power plants and metal refineries? No idea. The economy feels strange. In both homeworld and supreme commander you were able to queue units/structures even when you did not have enough resources, here you need all of them, but it gets even stranger. When you want to strat building a structure, you need all of the resources, or you're not able to start. You can actually queue more structures than you can, but once you run out of money, the building gets canceled (for structures only), this is not indicated anywhere and sometimes you just thing where are some structures you queued. For ships it's different for some reason, they sit in queue until you have enough resources. I think with big changes in the controls it would be much better game, and I could recommend it. Hopefully it'll change when it's out of early access. It would also be great to see some improvements in the inner workings of the game, so you don't have different systems and queues for the "same" build command. Edit: Lot of things have changed. My biggest problem, the camera controls, now allows Homeworld like controls, which feel much better. There are still some things I hope will change, but now it feels good to play the game.
I am requesting a refund due to this game's poor multiplayer (network?) performance. I tried to play this game on 2 computers via LAN, and Multiplayer has very high latency. If it didn't feel like the game was running at 10fps, I would probably spend the time to learn how to play this game. This game's concept is awesome and the 3D enviornment is a different idea other RTS games don't attempt, but something is wrong with the game's code. I'd like to see multiplayer operate on LAN, but I suspect we're routing through Steam or another server, which is introducing lag. This game came out in 2021, and after 5 years of development, I doubt these problems will improve. I hope another developer attempts this idea in the future.
