Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Sep 1 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

"I remember playing this when it came out. At the time I was only 13yo, And if you are anything like me this game to me was like a dream come true. (at the time) Can't recomend enough to play this first and all the dlc before the 2nd game otherwise might throw you off due to the years appart from one another." Hours Played: Enough to rebuild a community twice (and lose half of it both times) Verdict: ✅ Mostly Positive (Improved Classic with Some Rough Edges) State of Decay: YOSE takes everything that made the original State of Decay fun and polishes it.. mostly. The core zombie survival experience is intact: scavenging, base-building, managing resources, and keeping your survivors alive. But YOSE adds new content, improved graphics, and some quality-of-life fixes that make the apocalypse feel bigger and more immersive. The added content is a big plus. Expanded maps, new locations, and more missions give players more variety. The perks, vehicles, and weapons feel more balanced, and the overall world feels denser—more opportunities for scavenging, more emergent chaos, and more ways to lose a favorite survivor to a dumb mistake. Combat is slightly smoother than the original, but still risky. Zombies hit hard, hordes are terrifying, and melee can still feel clunky. Range combat and stealth have improved, but you’ll still die in the worst possible way if you rush into trouble. That tension is exactly what makes the game fun. AI and pathfinding are better, but not perfect. Survivor management is less frustrating thanks to UI tweaks, but micromanagement can still be tedious for larger bases. The game still leans heavily on emergent storytelling—so don’t expect a tight narrative—but your own zombie survival drama is the real star. What YOSE does right: * Expanded content and improved graphics * Better survivor management and base-building * Tension-filled combat and exploration * More opportunities for emergent storytelling Where it struggles: * Combat can still be clunky * Some AI/pathfinding issues remain * Missions and objectives can get repetitive * Still prone to occasional bugs State of Decay: YOSE takes the original’s strengths and makes them bigger and better. It’s still rough around the edges, but the improvements, expanded world, and polished systems make surviving the zombie apocalypse more engaging—and more heartbreaking—than ever. " If you want a survival game where every decision can be life-or-death, YOSE is the version to play."

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

State of Decay is a great game with unique concepts that was restricted by its original release on Xbox Live Arcade. This game unlike a lot of others actually feels like zombie survival. You’re part of a community trying to gather resources and stay alive, like the Walking Dead show at its peak. You manage a settlement, swap between inhabitants, and go out to scavenge for supplies to keep the settlement going. But that 3GB size limit shows itself quickly. You’ll eventually run into lots of asset reuse, limited/repeated voice acting, and generic characters. Once you see the same character models with different hair colors or play the same mission just at a new location two houses down, the immersion breaks a bit. Even with the annoying time-gating on quests, It’s still fun and I recommend.
