I didnt like it much. bad models. poor puzzle design. severed hand for instance using a shard of glass and kicking it. no you wont cut off someones arm with just a shard of glass. but someone might like it.

La storia di John Maracheck si dipana all'interno della Groomlake, un'astronave-macello claustrofobica e opprimente che si posiziona di diritto tra le migliori ambientazioni horror mai create nel mondo dei videogiochi.Il vero punto di forza di STASIS risiede nella sua incredibile densità narrativa. Attraverso diari elettronici scritti con una maestria rara, il gioco riesce a trasmettere un senso di terrore psicologico profondo, dove il gore e le mutilazioni corporee non sono mai gratuiti, ma funzionali a raccontare il sadismo della Cayne Corporation e il dramma straziante di un padre disposto a tutto. Il sound design è semplicemente magistrale: ogni scricchiolio del metallo, ogni eco nei condotti di ventilazione e la colonna sonora tesa e minimale contribuiscono a creare uno stato di ansia perenne che non abbandona mai il giocatore. Gli enigmi, fedeli alla tradizione delle avventure grafiche punta e clicca più ispirate, sono logici, brutali e perfettamente integrati nel contesto medico e industriale della nave, costringendo spesso a compiere azioni estreme per poter proseguire. Nota a margine: Sebbene l'estetica isometrica bidimensionale sia ricca di dettagli macabri straordinari e vanti una direzione artistica superba, il gioco avrebbe raggiunto lo status di capolavoro assoluto e intramontabile se la risoluzione grafica nativa fosse stata più alta e flessibile per gli standard dei monitor odierni, poiché sui display moderni ad alta densità di pixel l'immagine tende a perdere un po' di quella nitidezza che avrebbe reso i dettagliati scenari ancora più devastanti visivamente.

Отличная история на пару вечеров, которую можно смело рекомендовать к ознакомлению. С первых секунд (и по ходу сюжета) - вайбы (а иногда мб и прямые заимствования, но это не точно) культовой и не очень фантастики вроде Чужих, Пандорума, Dead Space, Сквозь Горизонт. Это не портит ни атмосферу, которая тут прям настолько плотная, что обои отклеиваются, ни повествование. Не затянуто, пиксель хантинг - иногда есть и поддушивает, часто не можешь понять - ты уже нашел всё что нужно, но не понимаешь что с чем объединить или ты еще не нашел или пропустил что то нужное? Ну благо туторы есть на этот случай, поэтому можно не париться и обращаться к ним, если застрял, один фиг загадки не особо изысканные и все сложности обычно из за того, что ты где то пропустил предмет, который выглядит частью фона. Но за это я бы оценку не снижал. На удивление читать записки интереснее, чем следить за ГГ, несмотря на машинный перевод они написаны вполне нормально. ГГ, в свою очередь, смотрится как "настоящий" Айзек Кларк - человек мирной профессии, попавший в научно-фантастический космический ад. Озвучка, диалоги, местами анимации, подача и сами способы его смерти - в них тоже веришь. Ты не супер герой и не становишься им, а конец - холодный, циничный и плевать хотел на всё, что пришлось пережить ГГ (и тебе). Технически - ну хотелось бы посовременнее как для игры 2015 года, хотя бы в плане графики и детализации, саунд дизайн иногда сомнительный как в техническом так и смысловом плане (то громко, то скримеры дурацкие, то шепотки как на Ишимуре, которые тут вообще не к месту), но видимо бюджет был банка пива и пачка кириешек (и те наерное забрал Дэниел Садовский), но главное, что история, пускай и на один раз, вполне неплоха и на текущий 26 год несмотря на всё что уже сыграно и посмотрено в кино и играх за долгое время, а лично для меня это редкое и ценное качество.

Молите своих богов чтобы умереть быстро, ведь вы попали в руки поискового отряда мегакорпорации и теперь ваша судьба куда хуже смерти - вы будете использованы для опытов. Никто не вернёт вам жену, никто не вернёт вас домой - теперь вы испытуемый с номером, чья судьба как и тысяч до вас - умереть на этом корабле в муках и быть утилизированным. Даже если вы бы чудом сумели позвать на помощь - никто не придёт, ведь корпорация никогда не позволит своим преступлениям быть раскрытыми. Добро пожаловать в историю о вашей бесславной гибели, кто бы ты ни был.
