Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.57/day in the week to Jul 23 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

The population of the harsh desert planet Kwalasha needs our help. Their peaceful lives, working in the mining industry, have been disturbed by a threat that they cannot face alone: the Arachnids. Under Colonel Hawthorne’s command, the Mobile Infantry will take back control of the planet and smash everything that has more than two legs. Enlist in this exciting military campaign, meet inspiring characters, visit amazing locations and do your part in the heroic war against the Bug!

The Arachnids may have virtually limitless numbers, but they lack the thorough tactical training that the Mobile Infantry enjoys. Position your units in advantageous choke points or on higher elevations. Be wary, however, that battle mechanics such as True Line of Sight and True Line of Fire may limit your field of fire and allow the treacherous Bugs to lay in ambush.

Optimize your army by choosing from a wide range of specialized unit types, each with its own strengths, weaknesses and set of unlockable elite abilities. Rifle Troopers can use their shotgun ability to hold back large numbers of Arachnids, M11 Marauders bipeds can unleash a withering mortar barrage and the Fleet Liaison can call down dropships with reinforcements or direct an airstrike to wipe out whole swaths of enemies.

The Bug infestation is rooted in elaborate underground hives. These present a unique challenge that demands a delicate balance between aggression and defense. Beware of the numerous tunnel openings, from which hordes of Arachnids can emerge.
To eradicate the Bug problem for good, their nests must be eradicated!

got this for 2 dollars on a key site and i still feel like im not getting my moneys worth somehow
Well for starters this wasn't the type of game I thought it was. This is described as being an RTS game but its really more like a real time tactical strategy game, more in the lines with commandos. For some that will be fine but I don't care for this kind of game myself, so I was disappointed by that. This means no base building, etc. There are areas where you can sorta build buildings but it doesn't work how an RTS game works and is very basic. This is essentially just the kind of game where you start a map with some unit groups and you move from point to point taking out objectives and enemies as you go, using only the soldiers you were given or can call it as you move around the map. So that's a little more boring than I like to have in my RTS games, I wish the description and break down of the game made that more clear than it does. However being that this is Starship troopers I wouldn't be too bummed to at least play a while and have some fun with it given the theme. Unfortunately it really doesn't grasp the feel of the movies very well for me. It's just a commandos game with a ST skin on everything. None of the funny awkward dialogue that really hits the same way, etc. But even with that in mind there were a ton of things that don't work well and kinda ruin it pretty quickly. Selected unit groups don't move well in formation which can lead to issues where entire groups don't have line of fire and can not attack unless you manually select them and separate them from the army elsewhere. This makes encounters on the move really weird because it feels like they are way more dumb than they should be lol. It's more odd by the fact that your move commands clearly have tactical formations in mind but each group just high tails it to their new destination with no consideration of their formation as they move. This would only get worse later as your armies get bigger, etc. Then there were also multiple glitches where units and groups are stuck, sometimes on thin air it seems, and can't figure out how to pathfind because of it. There was an area of the first mission where nothing would progress and it seemed like something glitched out and wasn't triggering until I realized there was one enemy unit left that was just barely out of sight and was just glitched in place and couldn't do anything but spin in circles. I was also locked into a stronghold area for that part and could not get to that enemy to kill it either. So the mission had to be done all over again. I know I barely played more than 30 min but to see so many glitches and having a mission glitch-locked right at the start definetely didn't make me want to play it any further.

"Just a quick reminder com-" NO Stop giving me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reminders. This AI voice constantly nagging into my ear while I am playing a early unbalanced to hell difficult version of Territory mode is annoying. PLEASE turn her off, or give me an option to turn her off. I am TRYING to do the objectives, but I can't when the devs decided to place the capture points in the most horrid places possible.
Read the most helpful negative review. They changed the game; its scale, maps, everything has now been limited down. It's ♥♥♥♥. Disappointing man. You can only have a maximum of about 4 or 5 groups of troops now.
Tilen you bought me this game a while ago and I'm playing it only now but it's pretty good cheers mate
ITs dawn of war 2 with a starship troopers makeover, if you like real time strategy this a good one.
Won't bother going into detail some negative reviews cover it very well. From negatives to balance to certain units, fog of war, how very linear missions can be... like very literal only essentially one long hallway at times and etc. Game has positive but it is all trashed by the racist wokeish DLC.
有一定新意,特别是领土模式,在RTS衰落的大背景下,算是一个不错的作品,矬子里拔将军。
