Starsand Island

I’ve been playing this game for a while now, and I really enjoy it. Since it’s in Early Access, I’ve personally noticed some issues that I’d like to share in this review. Setting aside the game’s overall performance issues, I’ve noticed that most of the bugs occur in Build mode. - In build mode, when trying to decorate the house, it’s impossible to place objects, even if there’s space and nothing blocking the placement. - Sometimes I can’t zoom in or out anymore, it’s very strange. - This particular issue is very frustrating: the “Chinese Courtyard Corner Wall” doesn’t automatically snap into place with the “Chinese Courtyard Wall” the way the “Chinese Courtyard Wall” does with the “Chinese Moon Gate.” This is just my opinion, but for a life sim, I was pretty surprised not to see any bathrooms anywhere, and the few bathroom items—like the shower and bathtub—are just non-functional decorations. I understand that the game wants to focus on other areas like culture and exploration, but it’s still a shame. I’d like my character to be able to take a bath or a shower, we can wear makeup but not bath at home !? I really love all the Chinese items and decorations, so I’d love to see more content in future updates, maybe even a traditional Chinese bathtub, if possible.

I am in love with this game because its relaxed and yet keeps you in the game at all times!

游戏玩到第一月27号结束 游戏互动力弱 全程通马桶 NPC目前没遇到角色事件 季节活动平均下来1个月1个（极少） 就第一个月沙滩节来说 除了攒币买时装外 几乎毫无参与感 尤其篝火晚会 硬挂机挂到12点后 台上还有人在唱歌 却是静音状态。 游戏优化也是一坨 5090在3440X1440分辨率下只有70-90帧 这游戏目前全是空洞，建议等正式版再买不然省着玩1个月的游戏时间就玩完

Après quatre heures de session multi et moulte heures en solo j'apporte ma pierre à l'édifice. Le jeu n'est pas parfais, il a son lot de bugs. Je sais que beaucoup sont frustrés suite au temps d'attente et au résultat mais je trouve ça injuste de cracher autant sur le jeu qui mérite quand même une bonne note. Les points positifs : -Si vous paramétrez bien en multi on peut globalement tout faire. Sauf les quêtes de relations vous pouvez avancer vos quêtes. Les ressources sont partagé hormis l'argent. On peut build (une personne à la fois) on peut pêcher, farmer les ressources, planter ect. Vous avez compris le principe. Seul l'hôte peut initier les actions comme aller dans la forêt. -Coté jeu solo de manière général, il y a énormément à faire. -Les graphismes sont super mimi -La musique est douce -La construction bien qu'elle demande beaucoup de ressources est agréable à prendre en main. -Longue durabilité -Du doublage Les points négatifs : NON LA TRADUCTION NE FAIT PAS PARTIS DES NEGATIFS SACHANT QUE C'EST PRESISE ET QU'IL Y A DES MODS DE TRADUCTION. -Des collisions qui ne se font pas super bien -Le carrousel buggé avec sa musique insupportable qui viendra vous hanter -Le manque d'utilité de la boutique de fringues (pour le moment) -Les fringue pour mec mimi qu'on peut pas mettre </3 -Le système de combat qui pour moi n'est pas super intéressants mais le jeu n'est pas focus sur ça donc au final on s'en fou un peu. -Pas TDAH friendly je sais plus ou donné de la tête tant il y'a de contenu -On peut pas date Aiko......

I manually saved, and couldn´t find the festival location (which is anyhow not written in my calendar), so I tried to ditch out and reload, but the devs FORCE SAVED over my manual save. It is not that hard to set up an autosave for them to force save on exit without over-writing my manual save. I found the roll-back save, BUT your game mechanics force to start at the devs' last save, not mine. There is no load function, only continue. The building mechanics are a nightmare. To place a new "layout" or house design, you have to dismantle ever log of the old one, then you cannot place it without turning on the overlay other objects, even when there are no rocks, scrubs, trees or anything else in the way. The intermediate fits so tightly, it's hard to place even on 2 lots, and you cannot easily rotate the thing after you've placed it. And, the builds don't have a large log in most cases where it should be, but rather than tiny logs all over the place. Trying to move something with batch select is a bad game mechanism. Look to TS4 where you can select the house, you click on some portion of the house, and can move the house. Other than these two major headaches, the game is a lot of fun, but get rid of the steal mechanism. It has no place in a cozy game. Anyone who wants that can go play GTA. You can make friends, get gifts/give gifts, rental vehicles and critters to ride around on, or craft a skate and surfboard, and rollerblades. I love the rollerblades. LMB and they are on; again and they are off. There's plenty to gather and craft. Lots to do!
