TL;DR Version: If you like atmospheric walking simulators, sci-fi mysteries, haunting music, and gorgeous space scenes, this is the game for you. PROS - One of the most beautiful soundtracks I've ever had the pleasure to collect. - Female protagonist with a wonderfully-voiced actress (English version). - Engaging plot. - The main characters are named John & Aryn and my little Farscape-loving heart is over the moon. CONS - Controls can be a bit dodgy. - More lens-flare than a 2010s JJ Abrams movie. - Doesn't handle resolutions that aren't 16:9 properly. - They're not John Crichton & Aeryn Sun. Curse you, IP laws! A game so nice I played it twice! Okay, so I played it through the first time a few years ago, but I missed some of the datapads and therefore didn't get 100% on the achievements. However, I decided to leave it alone for a while and come back to it fresh again and I'm SO glad I did, because I'd forgotten how good a game it was! And the soundtrack? OOF. As someone who collects video game soundtracks, this one has had a place of honor on my playlist for YEARS because it's seriously that incredible. Buy the game, play it, and love it, but also do yourself a favor and buy the soundtrack, too, because that will ALSO get a lot of repeat plays.
The only time I played a game and actually teared up... Amazing game...
short and sweet walking sim that can be completed in under 5 hours.
An excellent little walking simulator on "derelict spaceships buried in mystery" with occasional puzzles and a bittersweet story. Chances are the character introduced at the end of Chapter 2 will grow on you. As an essentially one-man project Stardrop is absolutely impressive and recommended.
I loved this game. It's a slow paced game that lets you explore at your own pace. The story was good as well. I'd love another game like this from the developer. It's pretty much a walking simulator and that's a genre I really enjoy. Sometimes I don't want to fight or solve complicated puzzles or have to watch my back, and this was just perfect. I really enjoyed exploring the creative environments created by the developers. Good imagination and a pretty solid game in my opinion. Now, when will we see more like this?

Great game, great atmosphere. Very engaging. Recommend.
This game is boring as ♥♥♥♥. Initially needed an environment variable on your PC to apply a fix - that would instant crash the game - and even then the developer dragged out the pacing to a painful degree. No bueno
Some jankiness (softlocks, unwanted cursors appearing on screen, awkward positioning of the character in order to activate terminals, repeated conversations, etc), but otherwise this is one of the better space-set narrative games you'll play. The shiny graphics weren't exactly to my taste, but I admire the game not just for its excellent story (it has great dialogue, and one of the most gentle yet heart-reaching endings I've seen), but also for how the developer has gone beyond the standard walking-sim template. There are good puzzles, whether they be finding keycodes or the effective android override setpieces, and there's also some basic stealth. It's not wonderful stealth, but it gets the job done. The zero-G movement, using the mouse buttons to lower or raise your elevation, was OK too. I went into Stardrop expecting just another Tacoma or something like that, a walking simulator with a celestial setting and story, but actually it's something different entirely. I'm not saying it's BETTER than Tacoma, a game which I love and does its premise magnificently well with great polish, but it's a unique kind of experience, finding a certain balance between the puzzle-dialogue-plot mixture. Stardrop has its foibles, but it's worth sticking with it right to the end. Just make sure you use the save stations regularly and don't get put off by all that reflective visual stuff.
