Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 22 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Having grown up playing the StarFlight and Star Control franchises, I loved getting back into this style of game. The story is compelling, the gameplay is tight, controls are intuitive, and yet you have just the right amount of starship automation freedom to play the game exactly the way you want from fully manual to fully automated. While it is an "Open World", almost every thing and every choice helps push the main story along, there's not really any "fluff" added to this game so you always stay focused on why you're there and never get bored. I'm truly hoping they add another to the franchise soon. If you love space, action, adventure, exploration, and great storytelling, I highly recommend checking this game and the original out.
Wow, I bought this game on a whim but never really bothered with it until today. And my word it's a great game. I thought by looking at the screen shots it was going to be pretty boring but it's not. The story, ship building, combat and exploring come together and really pull you in. Deffo worth buying even at full whack.

This is a very good top down space exploration game. Mostly relaxing game
Horrible game. The controlls simply do not work as described !!!
Good story, a lot of details and huge space to explore. This game doesn't fed you from the spoon, you need to find your way yourself. I can definitely recommend for people who like such kind of flow.
its almost a good game. The missions in the mission log ar exremely vauge and there are a lot of times where I had no clue what to do next. The main mission just fall off at certain points and the game offers no direction on what to do next. Was enjoying it until that.
Finished the game after 33 hours and had a great time. The Exploration is definitely the biggest strength. Discovering new systems, other races, and reading the small stories behind planets and artifacts together with the side mission made the universe feel alive. Combat and ship progression were enjoyable, and the soundtrack was quite good. Biggest negative point is that progression can be quite unclear at times. On several occations searching online was necessary to know what to do next. Which interupted the otherwise great sense of exploration. The game was failry challanging at the beginning but with better ship parts and weapons it becomes much easier later on. Recommenden for anyone who enjoys exploring space and fighting other ships.

A "Star Trek Voyager" game, but without the Star Trek license. Pure exploration, I like that very much.
This is close to capturing the magic of StarControl but it isn't quite ambitious enough. The Game Mechanics are mostly solid and a big step up, but the story and the aliens were kinda bland and the endings are disappointing. That said, I enjoyed the majority of my time in the game, but perhaps not enough to replay it in the future. Get this on sale and it's a great bargain.
