Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 22 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

a Nice game to just chill and explore, easy to forget how long you have been playing.
The core gameplay loop is my taste, bit of a repetitive grind, but you feel some progress. The missions are unplayable. Like lot of talk, then a few line of notes, then you shall figure out the rest. The one that broke the camel's back was like 10 line, around 4 there is a vague text something something, I have near zero memory what the whole thing was, the key words were not in the log (which officially should log everything), the wiki doesn't list the mission, search engine LLM summaries steam discussion: "Fly west-ish out into the open space between that star and the warp gate/lower-left entry point near the wasp area. Look for Disturbance: Use a good long-range sensor upgrade if you have one. Keep flying into the dark space until your crew gives a notification about a large gravimetric disturbance or hidden ship."

Was not sure this game was going to be as fun as it has. Not bad for $15 USD (sale purchase). Would recommend if you enjoy exploring and only getting destroyed every once in a while :) It's a little repetitive, but overall I'd give it a 8/10.
Reminds me of the old Star Control games.
Okay game, if the Missions tab had properly labeled/listed where to go or what to do more often it wouldn't be such a cluster F when you get towards the end portions of the game when you are trying to 100% things. I'm still quite a ways away from finding enough tech to see three types of weapons systems and even half the shieldling but it feels like there isn't anymore to do. Except very cryptic "Mission" logs of whatever is left. Which isn't much. Wouldn't recommend, not even on sale. Bummer for sure.
unfinished abandonware - enemies mid to late game have access to tech unobtainable by the player
These games always make me feel like a spec on a spec on a spec. A decent sequel (or maybe just another storyline in the same universe?). I like the ship management aspects and controls. The crew progression is meh and would have thought it should have been tied into more of the actions of the ship rather than planets serveyed. Hopefully one day you could play as a different race or faction as it would be interesting to play from their persective and ship designs. As for content, it is just like the last game, abundant. I feel like it would take 100+ hours to fully explore and do all the side quests. I hope they continue making these games. I would give it an 8/10. Good but always room for improvement.
Great old school 2d sci fi explorer with some simple but addictive combat. Honestly a breath of fresh air in the modern AAA era garbage fest. If you liked Star Control, you might love this.
Boring as f. Extremely slow even after boosting engines. after 2h of playing i didn't find any other station than starter - so every time i need to upgrade research or add few piece of ship components i need to fly 10 minute or more to just click few upgrade - WTF? There is barely anything in space.
About half way though the game, it would reboot my PC, seemingly at random, only consistent part I found was that it was done during autopilot travel, it could be after 20 minutes of play or 2 hours the game it self is okey, the story is fine, lot of work in writing a few lines for a lot of planets, the gameplay is ok, the combat never really clicked for me, but you can let the auto part do a good bit of it, and the weapon choice is an illusion, as for the sound, I turned it off after a few minutes and just listen so some podcast or audio books instead.
