5 years after the events of the award winning original, the Sith are on the verge of crushing the Old Republic. As a lone Jedi, will you follow the light side or succumb to the dark?

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.57/day in the week to Sep 12 → 3.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Not enjoyable on 144hz monitor. Locking FPS and resolution to 60fps did not prevent character from "freezing" after every single combat. Vsync on or off made no difference. Able to work around by pressing W + A/D simultaneously but got very annoying.
At this point in time if you are reading this review as someone who has not actually played this game, and is thinking of trying it, I'm not going to be the unrepentant fanboy who says "Don't think! Just buy!" Here's the truth: This is one of my personal favorite games of all time, but I was 12 when it came out. It's a great game, with a compelling story and cast of characters, but it is absolutely a product of it's time, so if kind of jenky somewhat turn based combat is going to be frustrating or unfun for you...well there's going to be a lot of it.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

bugged game
I understand that people find this writing in this story great and thought provoking. But if there one thing that this seperates itself by comparsion to other games, is a lost sense of belonging as I find myself not liking any of the characters that maybe that is the point since this like some kind Knive's Out drama, that I shouldn't adhere to anyone yet the main character does anyway that I find myself wanting to completely sever my ties to this game and it's community. As I experience so much intensity that I belong only towards myself. That as I play this game with the cast of characters they all suck at creating a sense of belonging, compare to the first game the companions actually had that sense of belonging at least here not so much instead they are all adherent to everything even Kreia who is towards herself. But having adherence towards yourself makes no master at all that I see Kreia as a monster that in all her foolishness believes in self-adherence as a way towards independence is a lie as where is the union and the great sense of belonging I feel that the exile could have done something in her story to show this that I immediately found apparent that this game rush development prevented the game to actually create a sense that I could find a sense of belonging to it's philosophy that it seems to suggest coming from the fact that they are taking Nietzsche's philosophy. Which I recall isn't definitely the philosophy you want to adhere to yet the game lets me do it as if I have no choice even though the main character is a wound in the force it just couldn't be done with it rushed development to give the player a sense of reason as to why should they find a union or sense of belonging with themselves in this game around a philosophy that speaks to no adherence at all but union and belonging with myself as the player and the main character interactions with the other characters. Update I know what I said is a critique but if anyone wants to play this I would say let them play it anything of what I say isn't to have anyone be push away from playing the game I just had at one time thought I didn't belong as a player who experience this game, I realize now that I actually have the stomach for it that I guess I belong with the players who play this game because of what this game took it's notes from a philosophy that supports non-adherence which I value immensely as having the player navigate as a character that has so much power because they create such belonging to there experiences is relatable and spiritual to me.
Best game oat
Yep
I wrote a full review for this game after replaying it recently. The review was too long to post here. Instead of condensing it, I'll just find some other spot to host my game reviews. For now, I will leave the review's conclusion here. ================ I enjoyed playing this game. I played it from start to finish with very little breaks during my gaming time. It held my attention for it's entire runtime. This is an unfinished CRPG from 2004 and it did more for me with it's twenty year old systems then multi-million dollar modern titles can do. Although I am being unfair, as modern CRPGs have held my attention just as well as KOTOR 2 did, but most other games do not. This is a good Star Wars title. It may be the most unique one. Although it does very little to add to the Star Wars universe outside of it's antagonistic characters and their philosophies (which does, to be fair, bring a lot to the table) that KOTOR 1 does not already do in a much better fashion. In fact, I think after doing a replay of this game, that you would serve yourself better as an entire KOTOR 1 + 2 continuous experience. I feel playing them together, as one massive title, does more than just playing the second title on it's own. Granted, that could be due to how it's unfinished, even with the mods. In fact, if these two games were to ever receive a remaster (instead of that dreaded, almost certainly doomed remake project) I feel the best way to do it would be to have them as one package, adding KOTOR 2's gameplay improvements to the first game and baking in TSLRCM by default in the second. But what do I know, I don't develop games, I just play them. I have begun a quest to either play or replay as many CRPGs as possible in the coming months and years. I decided that KOTOR 2 would be the first. Some would say this is a strange choice (given that it was between Baldur's Gate 1, Arcanum, and this). Maybe it's because I felt hungry for a Star Wars title. I think it's because role playing games are partly about leaving a unique imprint on your playthrough, unlike what others may experience. And it's certain that this title does the same to the Star Wars franchise, a small, unique take on what has become a very homogenized IP. Overall, this game is worth playing with The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM), without it, I can only recommend the game to those that wish to play all of the Star Wars or CRPG library. Or you just have a fascination with games that are unfinished with good potential. I am, I'm that kind of guy. ================
