Runs very poorly on my RTX 3060, gaming laptop even with setting set to low. I think this is optomosiation issue. I have many games that are visually demanding, and run flawlessly. The game really slows to a crawl at the home base, and when walking around in 3rd person camera view. in turn based, its not as noticeable. And because the game is turn based, i didnt expect there to be any problem running it. I'm happy to turn the graphics down to enjoy it.... but it doesnt do anything to the performance. - still severely lags in the home base and walking around sections. will change to thumbs up when performance is improved on PC. dissapointed that another EA unreal engine starwars game is unoptimised for PC. its almost feels deliberate... will change my review if it gets patched.

Solid game. Honestly, this is probably the closest thing you'll get to an XCOM-style game with a Star Wars skin, and I'm totally here for it and a very improved version of it. I am now ready for XCOM 3 It has a lot of the mechanics you'd expect from XCOM, but then throws in some Mass Effect-style social stuff where you can walk around the ship, talk to the NPCs, listen to their stories, and actually get to know the characters. And then on top of all that, you get STAR WARS during the CLONE WARS era. My only real disappointment so far is that there are no Wookiees. How do you make a Clone Wars game and not give me a Wookiee?! There are plenty of race in the galaxy but we're missing one of the most iconic one. The game could definitely use some more optimization, but so far I'm really enjoying it. The characters are memorable, the story is good, and the social system actually feels like it matters. There are also some cool mechanics in combat, like backing up your characters and building relationships/bonds that can make your party stronger. Another thing is customization units is pretty decent and each characters you recruit kinda have their own lore, they put alot of work in the universe and lore in this one. Another disappointment is the weapon system seems to be streamlined, only a few weapons,no armor, no new skills and not enough upgrades to them, just passives and it feels a bit empty so when you want to switch up your character you can only revert or put in points into skills that they come with. It feels like this can be expanded on and hopefully so in the future. And honestly, I really like that you don't feel completely screwed if you don't bring a specific character into a mission. You can build your party around what you want to do instead of feeling like you're playing wrong. ALSO, I DON'T MISS SHOTS ANYMORE. 95% ACTUALLY MEANS 95%. WHAT A CONCEPT. Overall, solid game. If you're into XCOM, Star Wars, or both, I'd definitely give it a shot. And yes you get Jedi too. JEDIS. SWEET. This game is solid and you'll get jedi in too

The writing and voice acting so far is phenomenal. The worlds and characters feel incredibly Star Wars. I wasn't sold on the TRPG gameplay when the trailer first came out, but since then I've played Front Mission 1st: Remake and XCOM so now I see it as a bonus that we get a Star Wars game that plays like this. If you're a fan of the genre, or the franchise, you would definitely enjoy Zero Company.

Wasn't floored by the gameplay, performance was substantially lacking with significant frame drops rotating the camera. The exploration sections between mission starts was very lackluster, I wish they were removed entirely as they didn't add anything to the experience. Weirdly I saw some people praising the character creation but I found the faces and hair styles given to be very underwhelming. I think it'll be a fun game on discount but I cannot justify spending the full $50 at the present state.

Ancak oyunun sunduğu hikaye, atmosfer ve anlatım kalitesi beni gerçekten yakalamayı başardı. Eğer iyi bir Star Wars hikayesi arıyorsanız, mekaniklere çok takılmadan şans verilmesi gereken bir yapım. ​Ayrıca bu projede emeği geçen Respawn Entertainment ve Bit Reactor ekibine yürekten teşekkürler. Oyun dünyasına Call of Duty, Titanfall, Apex Legends ve Star Wars Jedi serisi gibi unutulmaz eserler kazandıran, bu projeye de liderlik ve vizyonuyla dokunan Vince Zampella'yı saygıyla anıyorum. LOVE LOVE LOVE this so far!! If you loved XCOM, Mass Effect, or Midnight Suns, this is literally right up your alley. There are a few things that could definitely be ironed out (like, can we please get a literal toggle button to walk for us on PC?? 😂), but honestly, nothing major. The core gameplay is so solid, and I’m having an absolute blast so far. I’m also really loving the characters already. Papa, I love you. Bennic, forget about Jae. I’ll take care of you 💕 So far, this is shaping up to be such a fantastic game. Can’t wait to see where it goes!
